Why does the preview show religious/political names? Why are certain phrases allowed, and others are disallowed?

Each personalization order is subject to manual moderation review after submission, and we have robust safeguards in place to prevent the fulfilment of orders that feature religious, political, trademarked, inappropriate, or otherwise restricted terms and phrases.

Recognized phrases that have previously been submitted and that violate guidelines are automatically detected by our system and are not shown in preview mode and cannot advance to the order stage.

The manual moderation process is initiated after a phrase has been previewed and after the order has been placed. The manual moderation process ensures that any phrases or names that violate guidelines do not proceed to the production stage. Personalization orders that do not pass moderation are canceled, refunded, and not fulfilled.

We continue to enhance our moderation system and process to improve the consumer experience and ensure the Share a Coke personalization experience remains positive and uplifting.
