2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 3, 2027 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Participate: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in this Promotion prior to game play/entry. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit here (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to log in or create a free Coca‑Cola account (“Account”). Once logged in, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”). Next, follow the instructions to spin the wheel (“Game Animation”). Once the Game Play is complete, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize, a 15% Coca‑Cola discount code that can be used at the Coca‑Cola Store (“Coke Store Code”), two (2) additional Entries, five (5) additional Entries or ten (10) additional Entries, along with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing (“Entry”). Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays/Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play/Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. 4. Sweepstakes Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 4, 2027 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Lost, mutilated, or stolen Tour tickets will not be replaced. By accepting the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Tour and the Tour venue. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner does not use Tour tickets on day of Tour(s). Sponsor is not responsible if a Tour is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will not be reimbursed. Released Promotion Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Promotion Parties’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of a Tour. In the event that the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner does not wish to or cannot use a Tour, they may forfeit one or both Tours with no additional compensation provided. Event tickets are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must follow any applicable protocols in place at time of travel and Tours. All Sweepstakes Grand Prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Tour cancellation, that portion of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will go unawarded and no additional compensation will be provided.

Grand Prize and Game Prizes will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize, other than Tour tickets) become unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Game Prize and Coke Store Code per person.

Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Game Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded during the Promotion Period.

6. Game Prize Winner Notification, Coke Store Code, and Coupon Code Fulfillment: The potential Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game and via email after receiving a Game Prize win message and must input the required verification and Prize fulfillment information within the form (“Form”) at the time of notification during the Game or within 24 hours of email notification. If a Game Prize winner fails to provide any requested information during the Game, they can provide the required verification and the correct prize fulfillment address information within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification or the applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified and the applicable Game Prize will be forfeited. If the Game Prize winner tries to update their prize fulfillment address information after the twenty-four (24) hours of email notification, the Game Prize will be sent to the original address, pending verification. Sharing the Form is not permitted and that person will not receive a Game Prize; only the original Game Prize winner is entitled to the Prize. Physical Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after the end of the Promotion. Digital Game Prizes will be emailed to the email address provided within 4-6 weeks, pending verification. Coke Store Codes will be awarded on screen at the time of Game Play. Return of any Game Prize or notification as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and Game Prize will be forfeited. The potential Game Prize winners of the Coupon will be notified via email after receiving a Game Prize win message and must click the link provided and click the “send Prize to my phone” button via text message or if on desktop, scan the code with their web enabled mobile device. Next, potential Prize winners will be prompted to Claim their Coupon by verifying their web enabled mobile device by sending a verification code (“Verification Code”) via text message. Once the Verification Code has been received, potential Prize winners must follow the instructions on screen to input the Verification Code received via text message. Once potential Prize winners of the Coupon input the Verification Code, they will be prompted to select a Sponsor-specified retailer where they want to use their Coupon. The retailer must be selected by 11:59 PM ET on January 17^th, 2027. Once potential Prize winners of the Coupon select a retailer, a Coupon barcode (“Barcode”) will be generated. Once the Coupon Barcode is generated, the Coupon must be used at that retailer within fourteen (14) days from the date the Barcode is generated, and no later than 11:59 PM ET on January 17^th, 2027. Once the retailer has been selected, they can save the Coupon to their web enabled mobile device via their virtual wallet to use at a later date, or immediately use the Coupon at the selected retailer by providing the Coupon Barcode and instructions to the cashier via either their virtual wallet, a screenshot, or their browser. Potential winners may return to their Coupon link within their expiration window to select a new retailer and redeem their Coupon at a different retailer if they wish. For best results, potential winners can enable Location Services on their web enabled mobile device and make sure VPN is disabled and a private web browser is not being used. Return of any Prize/Coke Store Code or notification as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and applicable Prize/Coke Store Code will be forfeited. 7. Verification: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner Notification and Sweepstakes Grand Prize Fulfillment: The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be contacted via email and will be required to sign (or, if a potential Sweepstakes Game Prize winner is a minor, their parent will be required to sign) and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. If the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the applicable Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The Administrator will contact the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner within 1-2 weeks after verification to arrange travel. Return of any Sweepstakes Grand Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate (or their parent or legal guardian if alternate is a minor) must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Sweepstakes Grand Prize, time permitting. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winners (or their parent or legal guardian if the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner is a minor) is solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, for the year the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is awarded.

Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardians for any minor) consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

9. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Game Prizes claimed prior to such action and select the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants, Prize winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner is a minor) and Grand Prize winner’s travel companion release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry/Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.

10. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry/Game Play process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries/Game Plays generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Entry/Game Play process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

11. Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Privacy Notice: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted here. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
