OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola® Cinemark The Great Misdirection Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”), an Offer (“Offer”), and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of game play/entry (“Entrant”). If Entrant is a minor, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to play/enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Subvrsive, Inc., Coca‑Cola bottlers, Cinemark USA, Inc., Lions Gate Entertainment Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”), however, the Offer ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2025.

3. How to Participate: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in this Promotion prior to game play/entry. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
 

There are two (2) ways to play/enter:

• Via a Purchase: During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked popcorn buckets and/or beverage cups at participating Cinemark theaters and scan the QR Code to visit the augmented reality (“AR”) experience (the “AR Game”). Next, follow the instructions to play the AR Game where you will attempt to keep the diamond (“Diamond”) away from the guards within the AR Game. You will earn (10) points (“Points”) for passing the Diamond (as explained further in the AR Game), and ten (10) to one hundred (100) Points for performing an illusion. Points for performing an illusion will depend on how quickly the illusion is performed. Entrants will receive the number of Sweepstakes entries based on the number of Points earned in the AR Game (each an “Entry”) and will be able to play for the chance to win a Game prize (“Game Prize”) or receive an offer (“Offer”) based on the number of Points earned in the AR Game, as stated in the chart below:

To play for the chance to win a Game Prize or receive an Offer by 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2025, log in or create a free Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) Once logged in, you will automatically receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”) for a specific Offer or Game Prize, based on the number of Points you earned during the AR Game. Once the Game Play is complete, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize, a lose message, or an Offer, based on the number of Points earned during the AR Game.
 

Starting 12:00 am on December 2, 2025, once the Game Play is complete, you will only receive a win message for a Game Prize or a lose message if you earned 400 or more points in the AR Game, otherwise, you will only receive the number of Sweepstakes Entries, based on how many Points earned during the AR Game. You may play the AR Game as many times as you want but can only receive one (1) Game Play for a specific Offer (if available) or a Game Prize, and up to five (5) Entries per day. Limit one (1) Game Play and up to five (5) Entries per Entrant per day. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day, except for the first day of the Promotion, which begins at 10:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 28, 2025.

• Alternatively, you may participate in the Promotion by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), date of birth and a valid email address on a plain 3”x5” index card, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Coca‑Cola Cinemark The Great Misdirection Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7775, Melville, NY 11775-7775 to receive one Game Play opportunity  (an “AMOE Game Play”) for a Game Prize or Offer, and five (5) Entries into the Sweepstakes (“AMOE Entry”). Each AMOE Game Play will be based on the Entrant earning sufficient Points for each Offer and the Game Prize for every request submitted, based on dates submitted for the Offers. AMOE Game Plays/AMOE Entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 8, 2026. Please note, any AMOE Game Play/Entry requests postmarked after December 1, 2025 and received after December 8, 2025 will only be played for a prize (as the Offer will be over). AMOE Game Plays/AMOE Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Game Plays/AMOE Entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Game Play/AMOE Entry process are void. AMOE Game Plays/AMOE Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All AMOE Game Plays will be played on Entrant’s behalf by the Administrator (based on postmark date) and based on odds of winning/receiving an Offer and only Game Prize winners and Offer recipients will be notified that they have won a Prize or received an Offer after the Promotion Period has ended or will be notified that they won a prize or received an Offer on or around December 9, 2025. Odds of winning/receiving a Game Prize/Offer are the same for Online Game Plays and AMOE Game Plays.
  
  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays/Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play/Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. Sweepstakes Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 9, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing.

5. Offers/Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of winning a Prize/Offer:

Game Prizes (20): A $50 Cinemark digital gift card.
 

Gift Card terms and conditions: Cinemark gift cards may be used to purchase goods and services online and at any box office, kiosk, concession register or restaurant at Cinemark theaters in the U.S. Online purchases may incur an online fee. Offers (available until 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2025):

$1 Off Coupon (20,000): A coupon that can be used for $1 off any size fountain drink/ICEE at a participating Cinemark theater.

$2 off Coupon (20,000): A coupon that can be used for $2 off any size fountain drink/ICEE at a participating Cinemark theater.

Offer terms and conditions: Offers are valid from November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-specified authentic diamond that was used on the set of the Now You See Me movie (“Prop Diamond”). ARV $500. Actual style and size of the Prop Diamond to be determined by the Sponsor.  A letter of authenticity for the Prop Diamond will not be provided.
 

Grand Prize and Game Prizes will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize/Offer becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize/Offer of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize/Offer is permitted except Sponsor may substitute a Prize/Offer for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes/Offers is prohibited. Any Entrant is limited to winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, one (1) Game Prize and one (1) of each Offer during the Promotion.
 

Unclaimed Game Prizes/Offers will not be awarded. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize/Offer depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Points earned, the number of Game Prizes/Offers remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received based on how many Points earned during the Promotion Period or by when the Offer ends on December 1, 2025. The number of Game Prize/Offers available to be won/received will diminish as they are awarded.

6. Game Prizes/Offer Notification: The potential Game Prize winners and Offer recipients will be notified during the Game (if they entered via the Website) and via email after receiving a Game Prize win message or Offer message. Offer recipients will automatically receive their coupon on screen and via email. If potential Game Prize winner or Offer recipients played via AMOE, Game Prize winners and Offer recipients will be notified via email. Game Prizes will be fulfilled within 2-3 weeks after the end of the Promotion and after verification. Return of any Game Prize/Offer as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and Prize/Offer will be forfeited.

7. Verification: All winners/Offer recipients are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/Offer messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes/Offers are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of Game Prizes/Offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Prize/Offer claims received. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.

8. Sweepstakes Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment: The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be contacted via email and must respond to the email with the required verification and Prize fulfillment information within three (3) days or the Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. The Grand Prize will then be fulfilled to the winner to the mailing addresses provided within 6-8 weeks after verification. Return of the Grand Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required information in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected. The Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes/Offers will be forfeited after that time).
 

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any minor) consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

10. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Game Plays/Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Game Plays/Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Game Plays/Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays/Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Game Prizes or Offers claimed prior to such action and select the Sweepstakes winner from among all eligible Entries received/postmarked prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays/Entries. Proof of Game Play/Entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants, Prize winners, Offer recipients (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner/Offer recipient is a minor) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Game Play/Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize/Offer awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize/Offer-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize/Offer.
 

11. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Game Play/Entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or any Prize/Offer determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Game Plays/Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Game Play/Entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

12. Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded or Offer provided shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

13. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
