THE RECRUIT THE YARD PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The Recruit the Yard Program (the “Program”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older and student ambassadors (each a “Student Ambassador”) that have been designated by The Coca‑Cola Company (“Sponsor”) at participating Historically Black Colleges and Universities (“HBCU”) as of the date of participation (“Participant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Participating HBCU’s can be found in Appendix A. Employees of the Sponsor, WPP plc, IfThen Digital, LLC., Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Program Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Period: The Program begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on November 30, 2026 or once all rewards have been claimed based on eligible sign-up, whichever occurs first (“Program Period”).

3. How to Participate/Rewards: Student Ambassadors must obtain a unique quick response code (“QR Code”) from the Sponsor and then during the Program Period, have students from the same Participating HBCU (“Student”), who do not already have the +one app (“app”), scan the QR Code from the applicable Student Ambassador, download the app, and create a +one account (“Account”). Once the Student downloads the app and creates an Account, the Student Ambassador will receive one (1) sign up (each a “Sign Up”) into the Program. In the event a student that already completed a Sign Up, removes the app and creates a new Account, only the first Sign Up will be counted.

If the Student Ambassador is one of the first Student Ambassadors to receive the stated number of Sign Ups, based on the Sponsor’s time clock, they will receive a reward (“Reward”), defined in the chart below based on the number of Rewards available, as long as the Student Ambassador completes a Reward claim (“Reward Claim”) outlined in Section 4. The Sponsor’s designated time clock will determine who receives a Reward and will be reviewed in the event there are any ties of who received the number of Sign Ups first. The actual Reward is based on the number of eligible Sign Ups they receive and is defined in the chart below.

Any attempt by any Student Ambassador to obtain Sign Ups by using multiple/different QR Codes, identities, or any other methods will void that Student Ambassador’s Sign Ups/Reward and that Student Ambassador may be disqualified from the Program. In the event of a dispute as to any Sign Up, the authorized Student Ambassador of the QR Code assigned will receive the Sign Up. Participants may be required to show proof of being the authorized QR Code holder.

Student Ambassadors are prohibited from obtaining or soliciting Sign Ups by offering prizes, rewards, payments, or inducements for Sign Ups, or engaging in other conduct that is not considered fair play, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and Sponsor may void all Sign Ups associated with such conduct.

In the event that during the time the Rewards are available, the specific Reward included in these Terms & Conditions becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Reward of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Reward is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Reward for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Rewards is prohibited. Student Ambassadors may receive one (1) of each Reward if they meet the number of eligible Sign Ups, as long as the Reward is available. Student Ambassadors cannot receive the same Reward more than once.

4. Reward Claim and Fulfillment: The Student Ambassadors who are eligible to receive a Reward based on the total number of Sign Ups will be contacted via email and must complete the required Reward Claim form (“Form”) with the required verification and Reward fulfillment information and upload a photo of their valid student identification within forty-eight (48) hours or Student Ambassador may be disqualified and the next Student Ambassador who reached the number of eligible Sign Ups (if applicable) for that Reward, as determined by the Sponsor, will be contacted. Rewards will then be fulfilled to the Student Ambassadors to the email addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after verification. Return of any Reward or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Reward will be forfeited. If Student Ambassador is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is determined, the alternate must complete and return the required information in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be determined per Reward. The Student Ambassadors who receive Reward(s) are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Reward (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Any Student Ambassadors who have inquiries regarding their Reward fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
