KC’s Mac & Cheese
- 1 Box Macaroni Noodles (Elbow Macaroni)
- 4-5 cups Shredded Cheese (Mixed) Cheddar, Mozzarella, Colby Jack, Velveeta, or your preferred blend
- 2-3 Large Eggs
- 1-2 Cans Pet Milk (Evaporated Milk)
- ½ stick to 1 stick Butter
- Seasonings – Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika (to taste)
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and evaporated milk together.
- Layer macaroni and cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella, Colby Jack, Velveeta, etc.) in a baking dish.
- Pour the egg-milk mixture over the layers.
- Add sliced butter throughout the dish.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Bake at 350°F until golden, bubbly, and set (about 35–45 minutes).
- Allow to rest before serving.
