Q1: How do I proceed after my pin code has been rejected?

A2: Check if your connection is stable. Once you are done refresh your page and try again after a few minutes.

Q2. What do I do after it indicates that the pin code has already been redeemed?

A2: Please refresh your page and try again after 7 days.

Q3: I have followed the instructions however it keeps on indicating that I have redeemed my voucher.

A3: Try opening a page and start the process of redeeming your voucher once again. Remember to enter the code manually, and do not copy, and paste.

Q4: How do I go about reaching a time limit on the site while entering the code?

A4: Check if your connection is stable. Open a new tab and try the process once again, however, remember to enter the code manually. There is a time limit on the site (30 seconds), and you will be informed you’ve reached your limit if you don’t enter the pin as soon as you land on the page.
