Feed Good Times Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of the Feed good times competition (the “Competition”) is Pizza Hut (Pty) Limited and Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa for the instant and Grand Prizes (collectively the “Promoter”). 2. Entrants of the Competition must be 18 (eighteen) years and older, and a permanent resident of South Africa with a valid identification document.


3. Participation in the Competition constitutes each entrant’s unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and warrant that all information submitted to the Promoter is true, current and complete.


4. The Promoter, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter or marketing service providers or who is a supplier of goods and services in connection with the competition and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners and/or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter the promotional competitions and all such entries will be disqualified.


5. This Competition is open from 1 July 2025 to 1 September 2025 (both days inclusive) and shall be accessible by purchasing one of the two qualifying deals either online or in store and following the necessary steps to enter as outlined below. Participants can enter as many times as they wish; one qualifying purchase shall constitute one valid entry.


6. Any entries received after midnight on the last day, are submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism, contains errors or are from disqualified entrants will be declared invalid and removed from the draw as well as disqualified from receiving instant prizes throughout the campaign. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues that may affect entry or winner notification


7. Participating stores/countries: All South African Pizza Hut Outlets.

9. The prize draws will be conducted as per the dates captured in the table above. Winners will be contacted via SMS by Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa competition Agency (Expanding Branding), on the details provided with each entry.

Furthermore, winners (for the Pizza Hut campaign only), will be announced on Pizza Hut's official social media pages. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they can be reached and/or to visit Pizza Hut's social media pages to verify if they have been randomly selected as winners. If a winner cannot be contacted after two attempts or has not contacted Pizza Hut/Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa during business hours within 48 hours of the respective draw dates, or is unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the competition rules.


10. Important Note: Winners will receive tickets ONLY and exclusively for the match they were randomly selected for through the random draw. (All travel, accommodation, meals, beverages, and other related expenses shall be borne by the winners.)


11. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and with notice for any reason. In the event of such termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and staff.


12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter and/ or amend the terms of the competitions by notification at any time during the Competitions and will publish any changes on the relevant platform/s in a timeous manner. The entrant stands a chance to win, but is not guaranteed to win prizes. Guarantees for any tangible prizes which are won are carried by the manufacturer and or supplier thereof and not by the Promoter who funds the purchase of the prizes but is not the supplier thereof and the Promoter makes no warranties, whether explicit or implied with respect to the prizes.


13. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.


14. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.


15. The Promotor/judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.


16. Entrants may be required to provide their full name, contact number, date of birth, email address, and other related information when selected as a winner of this Competition. The Promoter and its affiliates will collect and use the personal data to fulfill obligations such as ensuring safe delivery of the prize item and for related online activities. Personal data, as made available when entering this Competition, may be collected by participating in the Competition. With their participation, entrants consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in their country and beyond, which consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the Promoter. The Promoter shall keep personal data to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. The Promoter will not use personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining the entrant’s permission. The Promoter shall not allow third parties to use personal information. The Promoter confirms compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act No. 4 of 2013) and will ensure personal data is processed lawfully and securely


17. All entrants indemnify Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, the Promoter, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or losses resulting from their participation in this Competition arising from negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter.


18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Competition or downloading any materials in this Competition.


19. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any prize winners to verify their eligibility to win such prize(s).


20. Any participant who wishes to remove their entry/ies from the grand prize draw for any reason whatsoever must do so in writing and submit their request to pizzahutinfo@yum.com


21. A copy of the competition rules is available on www.pizzahut.co.za for the duration of the competition.

23. Please note: Cellphone network charges may apply when following the entry prompts and is not refundable.


24. Please be advised that the entry mechanism and draw are administered by Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa and their agency(ies). The campaign and prizes offered by Pizza Hut are part of a broader global initiative. Only the prizes specifically allocated to Pizza Hut can be won through qualifying purchases made at Pizza Hut.
