Official rules of the Rock Werchter and Dour 2025 promotional action
General terms and conditions
1) The "Rock Werchter and Dour" promotion is organised by Coca‑Cola Services S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Coca‑Cola"). This promotion is open to any person residing in Belgium with the exception of permanent or temporary employees of Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners Belgium sprl, Coca‑Cola Services S.A. or one of the companies linked to these companies, one of their advertising agencies and the partners in this promotion, as well as their families.
2) The promotion is organised as part of a no-purchase-obligation competition for Belgium. This competition is valid from 3 July 2025 to 6 July 2025 for Rock Wechter and from 16 July 2025 to 20 July 2025 for Dour.
3) It is not possible to take part in this action in any way other than that described in these rules.
4) A participant is any person aged 18 or over. At all times, participants must be able to provide proof of their identity so that the organiser can monitor and penalise possible abuses.
5) To participate validly in this action, participants in Belgium must go to the 1XP platform to create a new account or use their existing account.
6) Participants in Belgium may only play once during the Rock Werchter promotional period and once during the Dour promotional period.
To validly participate in this action, they must explain in a maximum of 250 characters with whom and why they would like to share a stay in the Tiny House with this person.
Coca‑Cola may cancel and refuse any non-compliant, invalid entry or for other non-exhaustive reasons.
7) A total of:
2 x 1 Tiny House Experience for 2 people (2 days, 1 night)
(1 X for Rock Werchter and 1X for Dour)
Worth € 500.
The selection will be made as follows by a jury under the supervision of Maître Indekeu, bailiff in 1000 Brussels, 2 rue du Grand Cerf, who will oversee the entire operation.
The jury will select the winner on the basis of his or her creativity in describing with whom and why he or she would like to share a stay in the Tiny House, in 250 characters maximum.
The winner will be selected before 11 July 2025 for Rock Werchter and before 25 July 2025 for Dour.
The winner must reply within the 72-hour time limit. In the event of a non-response, the prize will be re-allocated, and the winner will lose all rights to any form of compensation whatsoever.
8) The winners will be definitively proclaimed winners after verification of their contact details and age.
Legal Provisions
9) In order to ensure the distribution of the prizes, Coca‑Cola reserves the right to adapt the procedures of this promotion during the promotional period.
10) Participation in this promotion implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, including any subsequent decisions that the organisers may have to take in the event of force majeure in order to guarantee their proper execution.
The details of the stay will be communicated to the winner at a later date by the agency with which Coca‑Cola works, and the winners will receive all the information relating to the prizes to which they are entitled, with any supplements being borne by the winner.
Winners must be available to attend the event on the dates specified or the prize will be forfeited.
By accepting the prize, the winners and their accompanying person (aged 18) agree to comply with all the conditions and restrictions set out by the event organiser.
11) This action is placed under the control of Maître Indekeu, bailiff in 1000 Brussels, 2 rue du Grand Cerf, who will supervise the entire operation. His decisions will be irrevocable and without appeal.
12) The data collected in connection with the creation of the profile, its use and/or participation in this promotion are managed and controlled by Coca‑Cola Services SA, Chaussée de Mons 1424, 1070 Brussels in accordance with the applicable privacy protection regulations and the Coca‑Cola Privacy Policy available on this site for the purpose of managing participation in this action, except for participants who have expressly authorised the use of their personal data for other purposes. Participants have the right to access their personal data and may, if necessary, request that it be corrected or deleted by completing this form.
13) The prizes won are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged with third parties in any way whatsoever. Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged or converted into cash. No prizes will be awarded outside Belgium.
14) Coca‑Cola may suspend and cancel the entries of one or more participant(s) if it becomes aware of suspicious behaviour, which may include, but is not limited to: suspicion of fraud, the implementation of an automated response system, the connection of several people and different computer stations using the same identifier, i.e. the same profile registered on the site's registration database, an unusual winning rate, an attempt to break into the organising company's servers, multiple accounts, etc.
15) Coca‑Cola cannot be held responsible for:
- accidents, losses, late deliveries, costs and damages of any kind, whatever the nature or cause, in particular but not limited to, due to participation in this action, the awarding of the prize, receipt or use of the prize, and under any form whatsoever.
- losses and/or delays caused by third parties in any form whatsoever.
- any case of force majeure making it impossible for the winners to enjoy the prize.
16) Coca‑Cola cannot be held responsible for any failures in computer networks, losses, delays or technical failures caused by the Internet or the technical service providers involved in the transmission of data and the website hosting.
17) The winners agree to take part in the advertising campaigns and promotions surrounding the award and exercise of this prize. They agree that their image may be used for any advertising or promotional purposes by and on behalf of Coca‑Cola, in any medium whatsoever, without any compensation whatsoever.
These rules are subject to Belgian law and will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Belgian law pursuant to Royal Decree 3518358. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this action that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought exclusively before the competent Brussels courts. Any clause declared illegal or invalid shall be deemed inapplicable without prejudice to the other clauses of these rules.
