Raspberry Mar-Tea-ni

  • Suggested Glassware: martini/coupe glass 
  • 1 oz Gold Peak California Raspberry Tea syrup* 
  • ¾ oz Lemon juice 
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer 
  • Raspberries, for garnish


  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.  
  • Stir to combine. 
  • Strain into a glass. 
  • Garnish with raspberries.

NOTE: To make Tea Syrup: Combine ½ cup of Gold Peak California Raspberry Tea with ½ cup of sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil. Remove from heat. Let cool and transfer to a glass container.
