Camarones Al Horno

This dish is so simple and flavorful it will be part of your regular rotation. A generous amount of garlic, butter, and lemon come together to flavor the shrimp that is then baked for only 13 minutes. Serve the shrimp over rice or pasta for a fast and delicious meal inspired by the Little Dominica neighborhood in NYC. Add a cold glass of unsweetened Gold Peak Tea for a refreshing twist!
