Raspberry Mar-tea-ni

Suggested Glassware: martini/coupe glass 

1 oz Gold Peak California Raspberry Tea syrup* 

¾ oz Lemon juice 

3 oz Ginger Beer 

Raspberries, for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.  

  2. Stir to combine. 

  3. Strain into a glass. 

  4. Garnish with raspberries. 


NOTE: To make Tea Syrup: Combine ½ cup of Gold Peak California Raspberry Tea with ½ cup of sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil. Remove from heat. Let cool and transfer to a glass container.
