Chef and owner of Caló Provisions, Ted Montoya brings 12 years of culinary dedication to his weekly stall at Smorgasburg, an open air food market in LA's arts district. Montoya’s career has been built around street food. He has held several sous chef positions and most recently was executive chef at west hollywood's The Hudson. In addition Montoya has consulted for and aided in the opening of several popular restaurants throughout Los Angeles and is currently starting his own pop up dinner series 'Con Safos: an Ode To The Chicano Kitchen', Where his style of cooking is focused on market driven dishes rooted in 'alta-california' cuisine.
