KC’s Mac & Cheese

What You’ll Need

  • 1 Box Macaroni Noodles (Elbow Macaroni)
  • 4-5 cups Shredded Cheese (Mixed) Cheddar, Mozzarella, Colby Jack, Velveeta, or your preferred blend
  • 2-3 Large Eggs
  • 1-2 Cans Pet Milk (Evaporated Milk)
  • ½ stick to 1 stick Butter
  • Seasonings – Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and evaporated milk together.
  • Layer macaroni and cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella, Colby Jack, Velveeta, etc.) in a baking dish.
  • Pour the egg-milk mixture over the layers.
  • Add sliced butter throughout the dish.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Bake at 350°F until golden, bubbly, and set (about 35–45 minutes).
  • Allow to rest before serving.
