These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. 1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older.

2. The Cherry Coke Cafe is open Friday 17.04.26 at 3:30pm – 6pm and Saturday 18.04.26 & Sunday 19.04.26 10:30am-6pm for general admission and will be first come, first serve.

3. Tickets: Each booking includes an afternoon tea-inspired experience, with treats and flavours inspired by the drinks themselves. Pick your favourite Cherry flavour from the full range, and sip or taste your way through the colourful portfolio.

4. Walk-Ins are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5. Wait Time: Slots are 1 hour, but please expect a potential slight wait within the 1-hour slot. 6. Allergy information needs to be pre-shared to cocacolacherryhelp@gmail.com.

7. Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered.

8. Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the booking cannot be rescheduled, and no compensation will be provided. 9. Conduct: Consumer are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Unruly behaviour may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

10. Rights: Coca‑Cola reserves the right to cancel or amend the event and these terms and conditions without notice.

11. Liability: Coca‑Cola is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the booking.

12. Agreement: By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter and its authorised partners may film, photograph or otherwise record the Event and attendees. By attending the Event, each attendee consents to the capture and use of their image, likeness and voice in any recordings or photographs taken at the Event for promotional, marketing and commercial purposes, in any media worldwide, for an unlimited period, without further notice or compensation.

14. On arrival, you will be given a token to use at the grabber machine, located in 59 GREEK STREET, LONDON. Once a ball has been grabbed and put into the dispenser you will find out your prize. The prize can be redeemed at the relevant station with a member of the team for one of the prizes available. Prize only redeemable on day of win. Please join any existing queue to redeem your prize.

18. This activity will be available exclusively within 59 GREEK STREET, LONDON.

19. The prize can only be redeemed on the same day it was received at 59 GREEK STREET, LONDON.

20. Once all prizes have been redeemed the grabber machine will be withdrawn from the event.

Entry Requirements

21. To enter the activation, participants must successfully grab and drop a ball into the dispenser of the grabber machine, the ball will show the participant what they have won. Prizes subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

Prize details

22. There are a total of 1080 prizes available to be won across the Cherry Coke Cafe events. At the Friday event there will be a total of 250 prizes available to be won. At the Saturday and Sunday event there will be a total of 415 prizes available to be won each day.

· Scarf - Branded Cherry/Coca‑Cola silk scarf measuring 70x70cm.

· Cap - Branded Cherry Coke float cap.

· Bag charm - Cherry themed bag or key charm.

· Baby tee - Branded small t-shirt ‘baby tee’ available in sizes S – XL- sizes subject to availability.

· T-shirts - Event specific branded t-shirt available in sizes S – XL- sizes subject to availability.

23. All prizes can be redeemed at the relevant station at the event and will be directed to by members of staff.
