Coca‑Cola Cherry Spin To Win Promotion Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotion materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy for the applicable platform and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

ELIGIBILITY
1. This activation is only open to university students who are aged eighteen (18+) at the time of entry.
2. Employees of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Ireland, Coca‑Cola European Partners or their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners, regardless of where they live), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

4. Entrants, the students, must attend the Coca‑Cola ‘Spin to Win’ event, at one of the following locations:

5. Maximum one entry per person ONLY throughout the duration of the activation.
6. Only single entries will be accepted. Any persons or institutions trying to circumvent this condition by any method, will be disqualified along with all entries. Only genuine valid entries from university students will be considered.
7. The genuine university entrant is defined as the individual who has stepped up and taken part in the Coca‑Cola Spin to Win activity.
PROMOTION PERIOD
8. Look out for the Coca‑Cola ‘Spin to Win’ event at the University of Manchester on 23/03/2026, University of Liverpool on 24/03/2026 and Leeds Beckett university on 25/03/2026 from 10:00am until 4:30pm (or while stocks last).
9. Only official entries made during these times and under promotional instructions will be accepted.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
10. Entrants must visit the Coca‑Cola ‘Spin To Win’ area and let a member of staff know that they want to take part in the Coca‑Cola ‘Spin To Win’. During the day the venue and the area could become busy so the traffic will be managed in a fair and coordinated manner.
11. At a random time throughout the day, a “Festival Ticket panel “will be added to the wheel.
12. Once the entrant is called through to the Coca‑Cola ‘Spin To Win’ area, they will be informed of the requirements - When instructed to action one free spin of the ‘Spin the Win Wheel’ game for a chance to win one of the stated prizes.
13. Where the spinner resides after spinning will determine whether you have won a prize or unfortunately have not been lucky.
14. After the Spin the wheel activity the entrant will receive any relevant prize attributed if successful.
15. Anyone, who in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, is acting in a manner that undermines the operation and integrity of the promotion or in any way that gives an unfair advantage, will be disqualified and any persons seeking to use such information gained will be disqualified.
PRIZES
Depending on where the wheel stops, the participant will have:
16. Chance to win a Lucky Festival Prize in the “Golden Hour” only and once won this will be removed. The Golden Hour at each event will start at 1pm.
17. A pair of festival tickets will be able to be won during this period. An influencer who will host a ‘golden hour’ and during this time entrants will have the chance to win these tickets. For the period of the hour, or until won, a ‘golden wedge’ will be added over one of the Win segments on the Spin to Win wheel, and once the prize is won, the wedge will be removed.
18. Details for the festival tickets winner will be collected at the event for the administration surrounding the delivery of the prize.
19. If the wheel stops at on a ‘WIN A PRIZE’ section, the participant will be awarded one of the available prizes as detailed in the panel. Each day/each university there are the following prizes available to be won at random:

20. If the wheel stops at ‘Better Luck next time’ the participant will not win a prize.

21. Winner must be available to travel to the event, on the dates highlighted in the various prize packages as specified by the Promoter or forfeit the prize.
22. The Promoter is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, and quarantines and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets.
23. By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions set forth on the event ticket and the event organizer.
24. Winner understands and agrees that Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a winner or his/her companion(s) from any activity at any time if the winner’s or his/her companion’s behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Promoter, and in such a case, the winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize.
25. The Promoter is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event.
26. Promoter is not liable for any activities independently arranged by winner while in the festival destination or external excursions personally arranged in the local city.
27. Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
28. If the Tickets are obtained or used in breach of the terms and conditions of entry, they will be automatically void. The bearer will be refused entry and, if already in the Event, will be ejected, in either case without refund.
29. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
30. To the fullest extent permitted by law the promoter excludes any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
31. Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.

33. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. Coca‑Cola reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed with the winner the prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner
34. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
WINNER SELECTION & FULFILMENT (prize/sample are subject to availability)
35. The winners will be awarded with their relevant prize after successful completion of the spin.
36. The winner will be asked to verify again that they are not in breach of the T&Cs.
37. The relevant prize will then be handed over to the winner.
38. Festival Ticket winners will submit their details securely via a tablet (Full name, email address and DOB) at the event, for the tickets to be fulfilled once released.
39. Festival tickets will be provided to the winner via the email address provided at the event at least 2 days prior to the festival.
40. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if applicable, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
41. This promotion shall be governed by English laws.
42. The Promoter will not use any personal information with this promotion except where entrants win the festival prize , or in exceptional circumstances when it may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration, but all the relevant data, privacy and consent details will be attained in such circumstances prior to any use of information.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
44. The Promoter's decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
45. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision shall be final. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or human error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make his unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
46. The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
47. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the Coca‑Cola ‘Spin The Wheel’ may not be available. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the area. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering being delayed. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
48. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
49. If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, the Promoter may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
50. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
51. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual) disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and any dispute or clarity will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the England and Wales.
