These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information including personal data being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.

No Purchase Required. Scan QR code on pack to launch or download Coke App.
Entry is only valid via the Coca‑Cola App and playing games to earn Gems. Gems are the entry mechanism for the various aspects of the promotion, Weekly, Bi-weekly and/or Grand Prize Draw
Maximum 100 entries into each of the following draw types (Weekly Draw, Bi-weekly, Grand Prize Draw or Mop-Up Draw) in total throughout the promotional period via Gems which are linked to game play.
Any prize that consists of a number of pair of tickets means that entrants only stand a chance to win 1 (one) pair of the respective tickets described, and these being entrance to the respective event only. Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion, this includes the Mop-Up Draw Period.
No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Promotional Period
The Promotional period to enter for a weekly prize draw, closing the following Sunday evening, Biweekly draw, or entry into the Grand Prize draw runs from 09:00 on 01.04.24, across 7 weeks and finishes at 09:00 on 20.05.24.
The Mop-Up Prize Draw runs from 09:01 on 20.05.24 to 09:00 24.06.24.

To enter into the prize draws you will need to play games to gather gems available via the online App game. Any entry received during the above times will be entered into the relevant draw if the number of opportunities detailed have not been exceeded.
Entries outside of these times and dates will not be valid and therefore no opportunities to win will occur.
How to Enter
For the chance to enter and have an opportunity for a chance to win in the weekly prize draws, the bi-weekly draw, or auto entry into the Music Grand prize draw, entrants must scan the QR code on pack, or download the Coca‑Cola App from the App Store or Google Play Store then play games to earn Gems and enter.
Once the Coca‑Cola App is downloaded, entrants will be required to login or create an account on the app, providing their full name, date of birth and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion). This email address must belong only to the entrant and cannot be used by another entrant.
In order to enter the Weekly Prize Draw, the bi-weekly draw or entry into the Music Grand prize draw, you will need to earn Gems. Each prize entry opportunity will detail how many gems are required for entry. Gems can be gained by successfully participating in the games within the Coca‑Cola App.

How to play
Start in your own room, catch more and more wristbands as they fly around and once in a while you have the chance to catch a Coke bottle that will transport you to the gates of one of the amazing events of this summer!
Game rewards
Score:
0-1,000 = 25 gems
1,001-5,000 = 50 gems
5,001-10,000 = 75 gems
10,000+ = 100 gems
Daily Play Limit
Play as many times as you feel like it. However in total, you can earn up to 500 gems MAX per day and you only have 5 x plays per day where you can earn Gems. You can continue to play games, but no Gems will be available to collect, and your daily play limit will reset at midnight.

Once you’ve accumulated Gems from playing the game, your Gems will automatically be visible in your digital My Points within the app. Your My Points balance is a live count of all Points you have collected. Your Coca‑Cola App My Points can be found via the bottom navigation in the app. To use your Gems, visit the win section within the app to explore the available event prizes. (Weekly Prize Draw or Bi-weekly Prize Draw). Within the promotional tile, there is an entry button that has to be clicked in order to enter for your chance to win a prize via whichever event and opportunity you wish. Once you have successfully entered, you will be automatically entered into whichever event and opportunity was chosen. Once entered, Gems will be automatically deducted from your My Points, and you will see an onscreen message confirming that you have been entered into a Weekly or Bi-weekly Prize Draw or in the case of any Music weekly draw, auto entry into the Music Grand Prize Draw.
Weekly Prize Draw
To enter into a weekly prize draw you will require 125 Gems for each entry and follow the instruction above.
Ensure you are entering the relevant weekly Draw for either Music, Euro or Olympic (last week only). All valid entrants will, upon entering the Weekly Prize Draw receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant prize draw for the event chosen (Music entries – see Grand Prize Draw below).
There is no limit to the number of draws an entrant can enter in any week, but entrants can only enter a maximum of 100 times into each draw type throughout the promotion (in this instance Weekly Draws) and the entrants will need the correct quantity of Gems to enter the Weekly draw.
Biweekly Draw
To enter into a biweekly Olympic prize draw you will require 125 Gems for each entry and follow the instruction above (Weekly draw in week 7).
All valid entrants will, upon entering the Biweekly Prize Draw receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant prize draw for the event chosen.
There is no limit to the number of draws an entrant can enter in any biweekly period, but entrants can only enter a maximum of 100 times into each draw type throughout the promotion (in this instance Biweekly Draws) and the entrants will need the correct quantity of Gems to enter the Biweekly draw.
Grand Prize Draw – Music
To enter into a Grand Prize Draw you will require 125 Gems for each entry and follow the instructions on the app.
Each of the European Festival Prizes will be displayed on the app for you to choose the relevant festival for you to enter. All valid entries will be entered into the Music Grand Prize Draw to win European Festival prizes and will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Grand prize draw.
Entrants can only enter a maximum of 100 times into the Grand Prize draw throughout the promotion and will need the correct quantity of Gems to enter the promotional draw.
Mop Up Draw - Brighton Pride tickets
To enter into the Mop Up prize draw you will require 125 Gems for each entry and follow the instruction above, however, there will be no entry into any other draws.
All valid entrants will, upon entering Mop Up Prize draw will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Mop Up prize draw.
Entrants can only enter a maximum of 100 times into the Mop Up draw throughout the promotion and will need the correct quantity of Gems to enter the promotional draw.

Details of the applicable Olympic entry tickets that will be given away and the biweekly / weekly dates when they will be drawn are indicated above. The draws will also take place in the order shown i.e. in Week 4 Tickets for the 27th July will be drawn before those for the 3rd August
The regular weekly and bi-weekly prize draws will take place each Monday after 09:00 with all valid entries submitted the previous Monday, (the first week, and then the second week for biweekly draws) to the applicable Sunday entered within each relevant Music, Euro or Olympic draw. The last draw will take place on Monday 20th May 2024 and will include all valid entries between the previous Monday through to 09:00 on Monday 20th May 2024.
Entries will not be carried forward to any draws other than the one entered.
GRAND PRIZE DRAW – MUSIC
Entries entered into the Music Grand Prize draw between 01.04.24 and 09:00 20.05.24 will be entered into the Music Grand Prize Draw for an opportunity to win a pair of European festival tickets. Each of the festivals are available to enter and entrants can choose from the following:
- 1 pair x Tomorrowland Tickets
- 1 pair x Sziget Tickets
- 1 pair x CCME Tickets
- 1 pair x Lollapaloza Berlin Tickets
- 1 pair x Untold Tickets
MOP UP DRAW
Entries submitted outside the Main Promotional Period will not be included in any of the promotional weekly draws, biweekly draws or the Music Grand Prize Draw, however entries received, between 09:01 on 20.05.24 and 09.00 on 24.06.24 will be entered into a Mop Up Draw only. The Mop Up Draw period lasts 5 weeks in total.
This Mop Up Draw will be for the chance to win one of 4 Brighton Pride tickets and will take place on after 09:01 on 24.06.24.

Winner will be notified within 2 days of the relevant promotional draw closing dates.
Winner and companions must be 18 years of age to enter.
Winner must be available to travel to the event, on the dates highlighted in the various prize packages as specified by the Promoter or forfeit the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, and quarantines and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets.
By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions set forth on the event ticket and the event organizer.
Winner understands and agrees that Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a winner or his/her companion(s) from any activity at any time if the winner’s or his/her companion’s behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Promoter, and in such a case, the winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event.
Promoter is not liable for any activities independently arranged by winner while in the festival destination or external excursions personally arranged in the local city.
Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.
Winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any regular COVID-19 requirements, or similar set forth by Promoter, event venues or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.
Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
As of the Promotion start date, there exists a small risk of exposure to COVID-19 when traveling and in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By accepting this travel Prize and attending the festivals winner and winner’s guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
If the Tickets are obtained or used in breach of the terms and conditions of entry, they will be automatically void. The bearer will be refused entry and, if already in the Event, will be ejected, in either case without refund.
All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law the promoter excludes any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.

Winning tickets will be authorised for use as part of the relationship between Coca‑Cola and the Festival owners.
Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
Grand Prize Draw - European Festival Tickets
A pair of festival tickets only for;
- 1 pair x Tomorrowland Tickets

- 1 pair x Untold Tickets
Each Grand Prize contains entry to the applicable festival prize and £1000.00 total towards the accommodation, flights and transport costs. It is the winner’s responsibility to find suitable accommodation and transport to the festival. All costs and bookings are at the winner’s responsibility.
Winners of the European festival draw tickets will be notified within 2 days of the promotional draw closing dates.
Winner and companion must be 18 years of age to enter.
Winner must be available to travel to the event, on the dates highlighted in the various prize details as specified by Promoter or forfeit the prize.

Winner and companion will provide all requested information pertaining personal information that will allow tickets for the festival tickets to be co-ordinated, depending on travel and accommodation elements which will need to be purchased by the winner – this information is not limited to e.g., passport, date of birth, nationality, covid vaccination status etc.

Weekly /Biweekly Prize Draw Winners
During the promotion, those consumers who chose to enter the relevant weekly /biweekly prize draws will be entered based upon the event, date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding prize draw above.
Regular Prize Draws will be held on the dates and times stated. The draw will take place every Monday (every second Monday for biweekly draws) and will include all valid entries received in the previous week (Monday to Sunday 23:59) – or previous two weeks for biweekly draws. For the last week, the draw will take place on the Monday after 09:01 and will include all entries from the previous week (Monday to Monday 0900).
All valid entrants will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message. Their ‘raffle ticket’, which is their participation voucher and includes information about when the draw will take place. This can be seen in their profile under ‘my prizes’.
Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 days of the relevant draw taking place.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information (which could be confirming or re-confirming first name, last name, email address, first name and Last name of companion, and over 18 status) to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 3 if time allows) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. Winning prize instructions, including ticket collection, accommodation, travel, and expense details (where applicable), will be communicated via email. Music Grand Prize Draw – European festivals
The Grand Prize Draw in total is for 5 pairs of European music festival tickets, each winner winning 1 (one) pair for the applicable European Festival. The winners will be drawn at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw selection process from all valid entries received against the relevant draw. The Winner(s) will be contacted on the same day that the draw takes place by email with details of the next steps and claim process so that the prize trip can be organized and arranged.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 3 if time allows) will be sent out to Grand Prize winner until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 48 hours or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and, if time permits, to reallocate the prize to the reserve drawn next in line in the Epic Prize draw and the process above will be followed. Once the winner has passed verification, the winner will be provided to the fulfilment partner for the promotion. Mop Up Draw
This additional Mop Up Draw to win Brighton Pride Tickets, will take place on 24th June 2024]. Four (4) winners from the Mop Up Draw prize will be drawn at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw selection process from all valid entries received between 09:01 19.05 to 09:00 23.06.24. The winners will be notified, and their prize will be delivered in line with these Terms and Conditions.
The Mop Up Draw winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the next steps and claim process within 7 working days of the Mop Up Prize Draw taking place.
There will be a total of four (4) Mop Up Draw winners, however, the Promoter reserves the right to add further prizes if required. All processes will follow the details as indicated in the weekly draws.
