Promotional Period: 23.05.2025 - 23.07.2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, found at (https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy) and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The Meta Lead Ad promotion is only open to those Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) residents aged 18 or over have accessed and entered via Meta Lead Ads.
2. Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola EuroPacific Partners employees and their immediate families, affiliates, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entry.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. Internet access and registration required.
4. The Meta Leads Ad prize draw is only open for participation to individuals who have viewed and engaged with the Meta Lead Ad inviting them to take part in the prize draw.
5. Entry into the promotional prize draw will only occur when the form is completed.
6. Maximum one entry per month per person.
7. All entries on the form for the prize draw must be submitted by the entrant in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries (bulk or otherwise) submitted via third parties, agents, organised groups, syndicates, aliases or in bulk are prohibited and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize if they reasonably suspect that an entry was submitted by such means. Any person trying to circumvent the entry process by any method (e.g., by using multiple names, phones, address, or IP) will be disqualified (along with their household and any other associated entries) for the duration of the promotion.
Promotional Period
8. The form will be available for completion in two separate months: between 23.05 and 08:59 23.06 and between 09:00 23.06 and 23.07. All those who complete the form correctly within these stated dates and to the acceptable standards will be included in the prize draw.
9. All valid completed forms received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the relevant prize draw and will have the same chance of winning. Entries/surveys completed before or after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
10. The draw for each monthly period will take place within 2 working days of the promotional close date.
How to Enter
11. To take part in the Meta Leads Ads prize draw participants must:
a. Click the Meta Leads Ad inviting them to complete the form
b. Complete the form with their full name, location, DOB and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion) for entry into the relevant prize draw.
c. Click submit during one of the promotional periods and enter the prize draw.
d. Entrants will receive confirmation that they have been entered into the prize draw via an on-screen message.
12. Only valid entry information will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. In this event, the person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void. Any malicious or manipulative attempts to influence the prize draw will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent, or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to fulfil the prizes.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter’s decision is final.
14. Invalid, incomprehensible, obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable details in the form will be disregarded and users disqualified without notice. The Promoter retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
15. There is a maximum of one prize available per person per month

There are 25 x £10 Love2Shop e-Gift cards provided in digital format to use at selected retailers.

Love2Shop are not involved or associated with the administration of the promotion but are responsible for the redemption of their e-Gift cards as stipulated in these terms.
Winner Selection and notification
16. During the promotion period, those consumers who chose to enter the monthly prize draws will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place for each month’s prizes via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding prize draw above.
17. Winners only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within X working days of the relevant draw taking place.
19. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
20. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 7 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative monthly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue for one (1) reserve to endeavour to contact for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
21. The prizes will be fulfilled via email. All prizes will be sent within 28 working days of the confirmation/reconfirmation of each winner’s information.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
General
23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries , the form completed and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
24. A list of the weekly winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website : https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
25. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
27. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
28. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
29. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
30. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the App or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
31. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
32. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
1.1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
1.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
1.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
1.4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
34. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
