Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland) only. Employees and their immediate families of Coca Cola Great Britain, Coca Cola European Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Entrants must be 16 years or over (U18s need parental consent). Entrants must have access to the internet and an active TikTok account. If you do not have a TikTok account, you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this. Proof of ownership of the social media account and proof of age may be required.

3. Entries made on TikTok will be subject to their respective terms of service. These can be found online at https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines/en.

4. This promotion opens 18.03.26 at 12:00pm and closes 01.04.26 at 23:59pm. Any entry received outside of these times and dates will not be valid.

5. A maximum of 1 (one) entry is permitted throughout the promotional period, per promotional post. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple TikTok accounts or aliases will be disqualified.

9. To enter from a private account, you must amend your account settings to a public account in order for entry to be accepted. The account must remain public until the end of the promotion in order to be contacted in the event your entry is a winning entry.

11. All genuine valid moderated entries will be entered into the prize draw.

12. Any submission containing the following content will not be permitted and the entrant will be disqualified:

Content featuring:

• Elements that are known to be false, inaccurate or misleading.

• The depiction of the assembly of explosive materials, firearms or items deemed to be weapons of any nature.
• The depiction of individuals’ or companies’ names, phone numbers, email or postal addresses, or any other personal information deemed sensitive, private and/or unacceptable by the promoter.
• Any children under the age of 16.
• Any TikTok profile photograph which contravene the above will be void, and any entries will not count towards the promotion.
• Content sourced from commercial or third-party libraries (e.g. Getty Images, Google images etc).
• Any content the Promoter in its sole discretion considers to be inappropriate to use.
• Content cannot show, mention, or reference another person except where the entrant has obtained express permission to publicly share their details or platform name

13. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to permanently remove any material that is deemed to be distasteful, degrading or will in any way cause offence or to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent the promotion by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities, using rude, inappropriate, or profane statements or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

14. Anyone, who in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, is acting in a manner that undermines the operation and integrity of the promotion or in any way that gives an unfair advantage, will be disqualified and any persons seeking to use such information gained will be disqualified.

15. All entries will be strictly monitored by the Promoter and their third-party adjudicators throughout and any attempts to manipulate or otherwise unfairly influence the results will result in disqualification of entry or suspension of the promotion.

16. The Promoter does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any content you have submitted. The Promoter has the right to remove or refuse to post any entry for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not The Promoter, are responsible for the Contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of The Promoter, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

Any bulk entries, entries from agents, third parties, syndicates, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer, program, application, script or any automatic method will not be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the entry limit will not be accepted (where applicable). Any person or institution trying to circumvent this condition by any method, including but not limited to using multiple or alias TikTok accounts, will be disqualified along with all entries from associated accounts. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

18. The participant is defined as the individual who has uploaded the comment on the social media platform.

The Prize

19. There are 80 prizes available to be won.

20. The prize is a pack of Dr Pepper Dare cards: The Dr Darey Dare Deck is a limited-edition card game, encouraging fans to step outside their

comfort zones and “Dare to Cream”. Each deck features 50 cards - 25 prompts and 25 answers - that combine to create playful dares. 21. No alternative prize available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative or equal or greater value.

Selecting the winner(s)

22. There are 80 prize types available. All entries that have been submitted will be validated and only those that have submitted the comment to an acceptable standard will be entered into the prize draw. The winners of the 80 prizes will be selected at random via an independently verified draw on 25/03/26.

23. The winners will be informed by the promoter within 2 days of the draw.

Notification and delivery of the prize

24. The winner will be notified, via a comment underneath their entry giving them instructions for next steps and timings of the claim process.

25. The winner will be required to provide securely, within the specified time scale, to the Promoter information including their name, a valid address, and additional contact details, to assist with fulfilling the claim and arranging prize despatch.

26. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and then after successful contact to receive, if relevant, information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. However, if a winner has not been contacted and/or responded to notification after 48 hours (2 days) or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner who is next in line from the original relevant draw. Winners should retain their notification winning message until their win has been verified.

27. The Dr Pepper Dare cards will be sent via secure tracked delivery within 28 days to the address details the winner has provided.

28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect details.

General

29. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for

failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

30. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to TikTok. Entrants to this promotion hereby release TikTok from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.

31. Any person posting, or seen to be posting, comments to the Promoter’s TikTok page or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants, fans of ‘the brand’ or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Tik Tok to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.

32. Prizes are strictly non-transferable. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner via a secure and acceptable method.

33. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the Winner, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements; or of the spirit of this promotion; or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

34. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions, and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions, and other material for the purposes of this promotion.

35. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

36. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the platform (as with any platform) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

37. This promotion shall be governed by English laws.

38. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by the applicable law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:-

a) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect errors or failed electronic data transmissions;

b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any

c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the platform or any combination thereof;

d) Insofar as permitted by law, any injury, loss or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion;

e) Insofar as permitted by law, any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize, unless negligence on the party of the Promoter or those partnered with the promotion is proven

Personal data (for example; your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) that you transmit to any social media app or mobile app by electronic mail or otherwise as an entry for this promotion will be used by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Any other communication or material you transmit to the Tik Tok and/or the mobile app such as questions, comments, suggestions or the like, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be used by the Promoter for any purpose.

40. The Promoter, its agents and the Prize Partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.

41. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

42. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

A list of winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

44. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

45. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

46. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
