These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Offer instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion

2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

3. Internet access and registration required.

4. No Purchase Necessary, scan QR on pack to launch, log in and register on Coca‑Cola GB website at cokeurl.com/500-promo.

5. Participation is only valid via registration on the website and answering a question correctly for the relevant week of entry.

6. Entrants then choose the club from the 20 Premier League clubs that their wish to enter for in the club prize draw for and submit entry for the chance to win.

7. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person per week into the prize draw.

8. Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion.

9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the total limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

Promotional Period

10. The Main Promotional period runs from 09.00 2nd March 2026 to until 08.59 4th May 2026. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted however, between 09.00 4th May 2026 and 08.59 14th August 2026 there will be a Mop Up draw.

11. For the chance to enter and win, scan QR on participating products/packs or visit cokeurl.com/500-promoto register.

12. Once on the promotional website, entrants will be required to login or create an account providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion).

13. The Promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

14. In order to be considered for the prize draw potential entrants will need to choose which of the 20 Premier League club draws they wish to enter into, then answer a question and click on the submit button.

15. Only if the entrant has answered the weekly question correctly will the entry be valid and accepted into the relevant club draw. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation.

16. All valid entrants will, upon entering receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant clubs’ prize draw.

17. Due to the fixture schedule and the time between the draw, verification and the potential prize date itself each of the 20 club winners only will be informed via email within 2 (two) working days of the prize draw taking place that they have won a prize from the draw and contacted thereafter in a timely manner to fulfil the prize. All valid entries into each club draw will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant club prize draw which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process.

18. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/ win.

19. There is a limit of 1 entry per week into the draw entrants must ensure they do not exceed this limit throughout the promotion. For the Mop up draw there will be a maximum of 2 entries per person. Promotion prizes

20. There is a total of 20 prizes available to be won in the prize draws in the main promotion.

21. Entrants have a chance of winning:

22. For the Mop Up draw there will be 1 winner of a Vintage Football Jersey.

23. Winners of the Premier League match tickets will not be able to change their match ticket once confirmed, regardless of personal circumstances.

24. If a winner wishes to take an individual under the age of 18 then they MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal when participating in the Premier League match prize.

25. No cash or alternative prize available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative or equal or greater value.

26. The Winner and guest will receive a £1000 contribution to travel and accommodation, which will be transferred by bank transfer but are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including but not limited to merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost, unless otherwise expressly stated within the prize details.

27. If the Promoter so elects, the winners may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant football banning orders or related incidents at any football ground as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or the PL. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. The tickets are only available in the home section of the stadium; hence all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.

28. Prizes are subject to any relevant terms and conditions of the PL, any relevant Premier League Club and the ground regulations of any relevant Premier League club’s stadium.

29. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.

30. Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.

31. As part of the winning package, details of the Winners Bank account will be required to transfer via BACS the £1000 to cover any travel or accommodation. The BACS transfer will occur immediately after verification. 32. In addition, two lucky winners from the 20 will be subject to a special exclusive moment at the match: A PL representative will escort the guests from their seats to the awarding of the Golden Boot or Golden Glove.

33. The awarding of the Golden Boot or Golden Glove will not be guaranteed to take place during the final match of the Premier League season. In the event of the exclusive moment not taking place during the final match, an alternative date will be arranged for the moment to take place with the winner.

34. Prizes are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Premier League.

35. Only one win per prize type per person.

36. During the promotion, those consumers who chose to enter the relevant club prize draw will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Each of the club prize draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme.

37. All valid entrants will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message confirming entry into the relevant club prize draw.

38. Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their club prize draw win (subject to verification) within 3 working days of the relevant draw taking place.

39. Due to the quick turnaround of the prize fulfilment the winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 24 hours. During this claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be with them up to 48 hours prior of the date of the Premier League match that they will be attending. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.

40. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.

32. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the Premier League tickets and BACs transfer. Due to the extremely tight turn around 2 reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize due to time constraints. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 5 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if time permits and it is possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative club draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue for two (2) reserves to endeavour to contact for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

33. Premier League tickets will be emailed securely to the winners’ email address up to 48 hours prior to the relevant football match date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. If circumstances mean that it is not viable to provide the tickets before the match, then the tickets may be arranged to be securely collected (with the relevant ID) from a location at the home match club by the winner.

34. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

35. For the Premier League tickets potential winners will be required to provide securely, within the specified time scale, to the Promoter information including their name, a valid address, photo I.D. and additional contact details to assist with fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited.

36. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details.

37. A Mop up draw from all valid entries with take place on 14.08.26 and the winner only will be contacted, and the Vintage Jersey prize will be delivered via secure tracked delivery within 28 days of verification.

General Information

38. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

39. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries , questions answered plus all wins and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

40. A list of the prize winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing.  The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

41. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration. There is an opportunity for 2 lucky winners to experience a special exclusive moment of awarding the Golden Boot or Golden Glove.

42. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

43. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

44. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

45. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

46. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

47. The Promoter, its agents and the Prize Partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received, which is a requirement for the individuals at the special exclusive moment of awarding the Golden Boot or Golden Glove, otherwise it will not use such information for any other purpose.

48. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

49. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

1.1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.

1.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;

1.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;

1.4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

50. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

51. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
