Terms & Conditions for the “Final Draw Pilot” Promotion

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Promoter
The promoter of this Promotion is The Coca‑Cola Company Coca‑Cola Great Britain, 1A Wimpole Street, London W1G 0EA. No entries should be sent to this address.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and any partners involved in administering the Promotion, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. Proof of age and residence may be required.

3. Promotion Period
The Main Promotional period for the chance to win runs from 09:00 on 01.12.25 (“Promotion Period”), and closes on 05.12.25 at 16:59 (GMT).

Entry will occur at the time the entry is submitted within the promotional period. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete the lead form served via Meta Lead Ads during the Promotion Period.

  • One entry per person.
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion.
  • No entries from agents, third parties, organized groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

What Counts as a Valid Entry
An entry will be considered valid if it meets all of the following requirements:

  1. Participants must submit a prediction of the results of any official group in the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final Draw, using the entry method specified by the Promoter (i.e. online Meta Lead Ad).
  2. The participant submits a complete prediction for one group of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final Draw, including the names of all four teams.
  3. The prediction is submitted before the published cut-off time for entries: Friday, 5 December 2025 at 16:59 GMT.
  4. The entry is submitted in the participant’s own name and contains accurate personal information as requested.
  5. Only one valid prediction per participant per group will be accepted. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified

5. Prizes

A total of up to 5 Grand Prizes will be awarded:

  • FIFA World Cup 2022™ Official Match Ball (3 units)
    • Matches available: England vs Wales, England vs Senegal, England vs France.
  • Match-Used Goal Net Pieces from the FIFA World Cup 2022™  Semi-Final (Argentina vs Croatia) (2 units).

Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion.

Prizes are unique, game-used collectibles provided by Coca‑Cola’s global inventory (HHG). Conditions may show visible signs of use. Items may vary slightly from reference images. Prizes are non‑transferable.

6. Prize Allocation

What Counts as an Accurate Prediction

An entry will be considered accurate if it meets all of the following requirements

  1. To receive an entry into the prize draw, participants must submit a prediction that accurately matches the official final results of a relevant group as published by FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Draw will take place on Friday, 5 December 2025 at 17:00 GMT.
  2. The prediction is submitted before the published cut-off time for entries: Friday, 5 December 2025 at 16:59 GMT.
  3. The participant submits a complete and accurate prediction for one group of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Draw, including the names of all four teams.
  4. The prediction is submitted before the published cut-off time for entries.
  5. The entry is submitted in the participant’s own name and contains accurate personal information as requested.
  6. Only one accurate prediction per participant per group will be accepted.
  7. Entrants with correct, complete predictions will be entered into a random draw held within 14 days of the official results publication.

Entry Verification
The Promoter will verify all submitted predictions after FIFA World Cup 26™ Final Draw publishes the official final group results. Only entries with correct and complete predictions will be included in the random prize draw.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period. If multiple correct entries exist, winners drawn at random; specific prize items assigned randomly and cannot be exchanged. Specific items (e.g.  match ball) will be allocated randomly and cannot be exchanged.

7. Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the winners’ addresses in Great Britain.

  • Delivery timelines may vary and could take up to 12 weeks.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or factors outside its control.
  • No cash alternative.

8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided in the Meta lead form within 14 days of the draw. Winners must respond within 7 working days to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details. If a winner does not respond in time, the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve winner. Reserve winners will be selected using the same random draw process as main winners.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arrange the travel details. Regular reminder emails (up to 2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 7 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize.

9. Data Use & Protection
Personal data collected via Meta Lead Ads will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the Promotion, including winner selection and prize fulfilment. We will not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. 10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse entries deemed incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent.
  • Prizes are non‑transferable, and no cash alternative given.
  • The Promoter may withdraw,  amend or cancel the Promotion if unavoidable circumstances arise.
  • Decisions are final.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  • The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
  • In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  • If unclaimed prizes remain, they may be re‑allocated or carried forward to another promotion.
  • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  • The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
  • Through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the online Meta Lead ad may not be accessible. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
  • Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

1.1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.

1.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;

1.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;

1.4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

  • If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
  • We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.
