5.       Entry is only valid via the website via registration where details of your age will be checked as necessary for the promotion, and for a chance to win in Weekly draws.

6.       The weekly draws occur each week, from entries Monday to Monday as detailed. However, the Special event Wembley tickets available to be won vary from week to week, so ensure you are entering into the correct weekly draw

7.       There is a maximum of 2 entries per day.

8.       Maximum of 1 win per household per prize during the promotion.

9.       No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the total limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

10.    The Main Promotional period runs from 09:00 02.03.2026 - 09:00 29.06.2026.

12.    The weekly prize draws will take place on the Monday (unless a bank holiday and then the draw will happen the next working day) post 09:00 following the end of the previous week, with all valid entries from the preceding week being entered into the draw.

13.    All draw weekly entry periods will run from 09:00 on the first applicable day to 08:59 on each following Monday, except the last draw that will close at 9am. Any draw dates that fall on Bank holidays will be conducted the next working day.

14.    The Mop Up prize draw runs from 09:01am 29.06.2026 to 09:00 28.08.2026, and will be drawn on the day the draw closes

18.    Entrants will be required to login or create an account providing their full name, D.O.B (they must be over 18) and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion).

19.    The Promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

20.    In order to enter for the weekly prize draw you will need to click to enter.

 

21.    All valid entrants will, upon entering receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant weekly prize draw.

 

22.    Winners will be informed via email within 2 working days of the relevant prize draw taking place that they have won a special Wembley event prize from their respective weekly draw. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the weekly prizes.

23.    Only valid entry information will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.

24.    In the event of suspicious activity or concerns over the legitimacy of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm that the entry/win is genuine.

25.    There is a limit of 2 entries per day and a maximum of one (1) win per prize per household.

 

 

Mop Up Draw 

26.    The Mop Up prize draw will be drawn from all valid entries entered during the Mop Up period.

27.    All valid entrants will, upon entering during the Mop Up period, receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Mop Up prize draw.

28.    The Mop Up draw will be for tickets to win to the following special Wembley event Friday 4th September 2026 - Bon Jovi - 1 Pair.

 

29.    Due to the draw date, which will be 28th August and the date of the event the winners for the mop up draw will have a short turnaround time from initial communication of their win, (Friday 28th August) to provide their details. The potential winner will be required to send back all details to complete their claim by 10:00am on the Tuesday 1st September 2026.

Wembley Tickets

30.    17 pairs of tickets (one each week) for a 2026 summer Wembley Stadium event, (not any FA Cup Final & event subject to availability), and £400 to cover Travel & expenses which will be transferred via BACS to the winners. Winners will have to provide a valid UK Bank Account and their details will need to be shared with Wembley stadium, as below, to ensure eligibility to attend the event. 31.    Once winners have been verified, winners will receive an email on the email address they entered the promotion with. This will contain details of their winning event prize details and instructions on how to redeem.

 

32.    The Winner and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize but will receive a £400 payment into the winners Bank Account.

 

33.    Winners of the special Wembley event Tickets will not be able to change their tickets once confirmed, regardless of personal circumstances.

 

1. If the Promoter so elects, but as part of the verification process with Wembley Stadium the winners will be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will also include receiving information prior to the prize being confirmed, information to complete a background check to ensure they’ve not been removed from Wembley previously or have a ban on attending or have any related incidents related to Wembley Stadium. This process could take 1 – 3 working days. Part of the verification process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. All necessary checks/conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.

 

1. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.

 

36.    Any ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.

 

Mop Up Draw Prize

37.    1 x Pair of Wembley Tickets for Friday 4th September 2026 - Bon Jovi - 1 Pair and £400 to cover Travel & expenses which will be transferred via BACS to the winner.

 

38.    Entries between 09:01 29.06.26 - 09:00 28.08.26 will be entered into a Mop Up draw only, which will take place later on the 28.08.26.

 

39.    1 Pair of Wembley Tickets for the Mop Up draw will be available for Bon Jovi concert on Friday 4th September 2026, so a quick turnaround will be required once the winner is contacted to meet these timings.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

 

40.    During the promotion, those consumers who chose to enter the weekly prize draws will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws and the corresponding event tickets will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods, the relevant prizes available in any week (and they do vary week to week) and corresponding prize draw above.

41.    All valid entrants will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message.

42.    Be drinkaware.co.uk. Please drink responsibly.

43.    Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place.

44.    The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 7 working days (details if a quick turnaround required for an event, as per the Mop Up Draw will be detailed on the website before entry and communicated immediately when draw has been made) including their address and DOB plus information regarding their UK Bank details via a secure link to start the verification process.

 

45.    Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

 

46.    The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch within the detailed timescales. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 7 working days (or within the specified time scale for the Mop Up draw) or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible and within timings, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative weekly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to 2 reserves (less due to time constraints for the Mop Up Draw) have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

 

 

Wembley Stadium Tickets

47.    Once winners have been verified and bank details have been supplied, the £400 to support the special summer Wembley evert will be sent via BACS. This process will happen as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 working days for the money to be delivered from valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid UK bank details for prize fulfilment.

 

48.    Post verification, the Wembley tickets will be dispatched digitally via email to the consumers email address they used to enter the promotion. 49.    Wembley tickets will be emailed securely to the winners’ email address prior to the relevant concert date. If circumstances mean that it is not viable to provide the tickets before the concert, then the tickets may be arranged to be securely collected (with the relevant ID) from a location at Wembley by the winner.

Notification Mop Up Draw

 

50.    The selection process for the Mop Up draw will follow the same process as the weekly draws with all valid entries being entered into the draw with the winners and reserves being selected at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme.

 

51.    The Mop Up draw will be conducted during the morning of Friday 28th August 2026.

 

52.    Winners will be notified by email the same day as the Mop Up draw and will be expected to validate and complete their details to claim their prize tickets, by 10.00am September 1st 2026. If time and circumstances allow a reserve will be contacted, should the initial winner not be validated or respond within the timescales

 

 

General Information

53.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, activity plus all wins and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

 

54.    A list of winners’ surnames and their counties of the Wembley Stadium event tickets will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing.  The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

 

55.    Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

56.    The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

 

57.    The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

 

58.    In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

59.    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

60.    The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
