These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and by participating, all participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

Promotional Period

The promotional period runs from 00:00 (UK time) on 14/05/2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on 24/07/2026.

How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

Internet access and registration are required. No purchase is necessary.

· On-pack route: scan the QR code on participating packs to visit the Coca‑Cola website and follow the entry instructions.

· Free-entry route: to enter without scanning an on-pack QR, visit https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/offerings/fifa-world-cup-2026/panini/ and follow the entry instructions. Entry via the free-entry route confers no advantage over on-pack entry. Both routes require internet access and account registration.

Entry is only valid via the Coca‑Cola website and entrants must have registered an account to enter the promotion. Each eligible participant may enter one (1) time per calendar week during the Promotional Period. There is a maximum of one (1) reward per person per calendar week during the Promotional Period.

No entries from agents, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the stated limit will be accepted. Entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
 

Reward and Redemption

Upon successful login and entry, eligible participants will receive one (1) single-use code redeemable for one (1) digital Panini sticker pack consisting of five (5) random FIFA World Cup 26™ player cards. The actual players contained in a sticker pack are determined by the Panini Sticker App.

To claim the reward, visit your device’s app store, download the Panini Sticker App and enter your single-use code where instructed in the “Claim Panini Reward Code” section.

Redemption requires the Panini Sticker App (available on iOS and Android; device/OS requirements may apply and data charges may be incurred). Use of the Panini Sticker App is subject to Panini’s own terms and privacy policy. No cash or alternative is available if you are unable to access or use the Panini Sticker App.

Reward Availability

A total of 500,000 digital Panini sticker-pack codes are available during the Promotional Period, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all codes have been allocated, no further rewards will be issued.
 

Fulfilment and Communications

On successful entry, your single-use code will be shown in-account and/or emailed to your registered email address. Please retain your code. The Promoter may send service emails necessary to administer your entry and reward. This promotion is a reward-for-entry mechanic; there is no separate “winner notification”.
 

Verification and Anti-Fraud

Attempts to exceed the stated entry or reward limits (including by using multiple accounts, identities or devices) may result in disqualification and withdrawal of rewards. Where reasonably necessary, the Promoter may require evidence that the email account used to enter is controlled by the entrant.
 

Moderation and Disqualification

The Promoter may, acting reasonably, disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website, or acting in a manner that is disruptive, dishonest or abusive in relation to the promotion.

Website and System Availability

Sometimes, for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the website or app may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. No

responsibility will be accepted for difficulties in entering or claiming, or for entries/claims that are delayed or corrupted due to technical failures. The Promoter is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.

Variation, Suspension and Decisions

If events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make this unavoidable, the Promoter may suspend or amend the promotion to the minimum extent necessary, taking reasonable steps to avoid undue disappointment. Decisions are made in accordance with these Terms. This does not affect your statutory rights and you may raise concerns via the Promoter’s customer services or relevant complaints routes.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits arising in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the reward, where such loss arises from circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Severability

If any clause in these Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted, and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in your local UK courts. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Data Protection

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. Coca‑Cola Great Britain is the controller of entrants’ personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

· Purposes and lawful basis: We process registration and entry data as necessary to perform our contract with you (to administer your participation and deliver the reward) and/or for our legitimate interests in running the promotion and preventing fraud. We will only send you marketing where you actively opt in, in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

· Sharing: If you redeem a code in the Panini Sticker App, Panini acts as an independent controller of any personal data you provide to it; Panini’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of its app.

· Retention: We retain promotion data for [● insert retention period, e.g. 6 months] after the end of the Promotional Period for validation and audit, then delete or anonymise it unless we must keep it longer to meet legal obligations.
