These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
3. Internet access and smart phone required.
4. Purchase necessary. Scan QR or visit Coca‑Cola GB website.
5. Entry is only valid on the website via registration and with the upload of the product receipt.
- Entrants then choose their team from the 20 Premier League clubs and this will be the club prize draw that they are entered into. Once entrants have selected their team, they will submit their entry for a chance to win.
7. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person per week for the main promotional period.
8. Maximum of 1 win per person during the promotion.
9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the total limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Promotional Period
10. The promotional period runs from 09:00 on 24th August 2026 until 09:00 on 19th October 2026. There will be 4 fortnightly draws during this period:
Draw 1 on 7th September
Draw 2 on 21st September
Draw 3 on 5th October
Draw 4 on 19th October
11. There is a limit of one (1) entry per week, two (2) per fortnight in total across the promotional period for the 4 fortnightly draws.
How to Enter
12. For the chance to enter and win, scan the QR code on the participating pack to launch or visit the Coca‑Cola GB website.

14. Entrants will be required to login/register or create an account providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion).
15. The Promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications
16. In order to enter for the fortnightly prize draws, you will need to view the relevant content on the website, select the team that you wish to enter in the club prize draw, and upload your receipt showing purchase of the Powerade product. Entrants can submit an entry at any time during that fortnightly promotional period. There is a maximum of one entry per person per week, and a maximum of two per fortnight into the relevant fortnightly club draw. Each entry must have a separate unique purchase and receipt.
17. Entries will be for the applicable fortnightly draw only and will not roll over.
Prize Draws
18. The details of the fortnightly draws to win a pair of home Premier League tickets for your club are:
Draw 1 – 20 draws (one for each of the Premier League clubs) will take place on 07.09.26. Each of the club draws will include all valid entries for the relevant club received between 09:00 24.08.26 – 08:59 07.09.26. There will be 20 separate draws.
Draw 2 – 20 draws (one for each of the Premier League clubs) will take place on 21.09.26. Each of the club draws will include all valid entries for the relevant club received between 09:00 07.09.26 – 08:59 21.09.26. There will be 20 separate draws.
Draw 3 – 20 draws (one for each of the Premier League clubs) will take place on 05.10.26. Each of the club draws will include all valid entries for the relevant club received between 09:00 21.09.26 – 08:59 05.10.26. There will be 20 separate draws.
Draw 4 – 20 draws (one for each of the Premier League clubs) will take place on 19.10.26. Each of the club draws will include all valid entries for the relevant club received between 09:00 05.10.26 – 09:00 19.10.26. There will be 20 separate draws.
19. There are options to enter up to 4 fortnightly prize draws at the times specified on the website and detailed above.
20. Entries will not be carried forward to any subsequent fortnightly draws.
21. Only valid entry information will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
22. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process.
23. All valid entrants will, upon entering the fortnightly prize draw for their relevant club, receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant club prize draw for that fortnight period.
24. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.
25. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to permanently remove and/or disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent the promotion by tampering with the operation of the promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

26. There are a pair of home tickets for each of the 20 Premier League clubs available to be won in each of the fortnightly draws in the promotion:

*Due to a variety of reasons, including live TV broadcast selections and to accommodate matches in European and domestic cup competitions, all match dates and times are subject to change.
- Winners will be entitled to two match tickets, one for the winner and one for their guests. Winners of the football match tickets will not be able to change their match ticket once confirmed, regardless of any personal circumstances. Please bear in mind that the turnaround from the win message until the date of the fixture may be quick, so make sure you can attend on the date specified.
- If a winner wishes to take an individual under the age of 18, then they MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian when participating in the Premier League match prize.[KB1]
- The winners will receive a pair of tickets only and are thus responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, so all other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including but not limited to, travel, accommodation, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost, unless otherwise expressly stated within the prize details.
- Winners and their guests will be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring the Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant football banning orders or related incidents at any football ground as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or the Premier League. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. The tickets are only available in the home section of the stadium; hence all necessary checks/conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information checks. Additional standards of dress and behaviour will be required for the winners and their guests when attending the fixture.
- Prizes are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Premier League, any relevant Premier League club and the ground regulations of any relevant Premier League club’s stadium.
32. Prizes are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
33. Any ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.
Winner Selection and Notification
34. During the promotion, those consumers who chose to enter the fortnightly draw will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding prize draws above.
35. All valid entrants will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message confirming entry into the relevant club prize draw.
36. Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place.
37. The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 10 working days, to the Promoter. This information includes their name, a valid address, photo I.D. and additional contact details to assist with fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them of the process for receiving their prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
38. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arrange the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 10 working days (5 working days for draw 4 winners due to the shorter turnaround between the draw and the fixtures) or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relevant fortnightly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
39. Premier League tickets will be emailed securely to the winners’ email address prior to the relevant football match date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Please note that the tickets could be sent up to 48 hours before the match. If circumstances mean that it is not viable to provide the tickets before the match, then the tickets may be arranged to be securely collected (with the relevant ID) from a location at the home match club by the winner.
40. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
General Information
41. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
42. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, plus all wins and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
43. A list of the prize winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
44. The Promoter, its agents and the prize partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants of this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
45. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
46. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
47. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
48. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
49. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
50. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
51. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
a) Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
d) Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
52. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
53. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these terms.
Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
