These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
- The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over.
- Internet access and a mobile device with camera capable of scanning and uploading receipts required.
- Purchase Necessary. Buy any Sprite, retain receipt and download or launch the Coke App.
- To enter, log in or register on the Coke App, and upload receipt.
- Entry into the promotion is only via the Coke App and will give entrants the opportunity to enter via Instant Win on the Coke App and/also give them auto-entry into the next available weekly Prize Draw, plus entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
- Maximum 2 Instant Win entries per person per day, each with a new receipt. Every valid entry via Instant Win allows automatic entry into the relevant Weekly Prize Draw and Grand Prize Draw.
- Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion, including the Mop Up Draw Period.
- No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Promotional Period
10. The Main Promotional period for the chance to win NBA merchandise via the Instant App Win in the Coke App and be automatically entered into the relevant Weekly Prize Draw and a Grand Prize Draw for NBA tickets, runs from 09:00 on 02.11.26 and closes at 09:00 on 28.12.26.
11. Entry will occur at the time the entry is submitted within the promotional period for the Instant App win option and also the relevant prize draws.
12. There is a maximum of two entries per person per day throughout the promotional period with relevant entry into the respective weekly and Grand prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple accounts or aliases will be disqualified. A maximum of one of each of the different prize types may be won per person.
13. The auto-entries into the weekly draws (8 in total) will take place following the end of the previous week as indicated, with all valid entries from the preceding week being entered into the draw. All entries will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw at the end of the promotion.
14. All weekly Prize Draw dates are as follows (see further below for number of prizes available per week):

15. Entries will only be considered for the relevant draw entered via the instant win entry only and will not be carried forward to any subsequent draw.
16. However, for all valid entries there is also automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw for all entries received during the promotional period which will take place after the promotional close date.
How to Enter
17. To enter for a chance and win, purchase any Sprite, and download the Coca Cola App from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the directions and instructions.
18. Participants should then login or create an account on the App by registering their full name, email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion), DOB and uploading a proof of purchase receipt. The proof of purchase details uploaded must be unique, clearly indicate the product purchased and be dated within the promotional period and prior to the date of entry.
19. The Promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.
20. On completion of the relevant details, and submitting their entry, entrants will then find out if they have won an Instant prize plus receive a confirmation message on site that they have been entered into the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw
21. Proof of purchase details can only be used once. Entrants who do not give the correct information or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. Any attempts to enter the promotion more than once without relevant genuine individual receipts, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded proof of purchase / receipts that:
a. Are out of focus/blurry;
b. Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
c. Show a purchase date outside of the promotional period;
d. Show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area;
e. Are not unique to the individual.
22. Entrants should retain each proof of purchase as these maybe be needed for verification purposes.

24. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
25. For the chance to enter the promotion you will need to submit an entry at any time during the promotional period within the daily entry limits for the Instant win element of the promotion (maximum 2 entries per person per day) and be automatically entered into the relevant Weekly Draw and the Grand Prize Draw.
Instant Win
26. To enter the promotion, follow the instructions above and enter via “Instant win”.
27. During the promotional period, App Instant Win prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to open ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. There are 1,250 winning moments available throughout the promotional period. The first person to enter at the same time or be the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All 1,250 prizes are available to be won but may not be won if not all the winning moments are matched.
28. If your entry coincides with a “winning moment” or is the first after, you will win the allotted prize which will be detailed on screen.
29. The winning moments are available to be won throughout the entire promotional period. Prizes will roll over from day to day and week to week, until the end of the promotion and thus are available to be won throughout the promotional period.
30. On entry, all valid entrants will then see immediately if, during the Promotional Period, they are a winner of an Instant Win prize or not and will receive confirmation of their entry into the relevant Weekly Prize Draw and Grand Prize Draw.
31. Entrants can only enter 2 times per day into the Instant Win App promotion.
32. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information or may not be sold or exchanged.
33. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.
Weekly Prize Draw
34. Upon entering the Instant Win promotion, all valid entrants will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into a Weekly Prize Draw.
35. Winners only will be informed via email within 2 working days of the relevant weekly Prize Draw taking place that they have won a prize from their respective draw. Please see above for all draw dates. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant weekly Prize Draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the prizes.
36. The following prizes will be available to be won each week in the weekly Prize Draw:

37. The Weekly Prize Draws will take place each Monday, with all valid entries submitted the previous Monday to Monday entered within each draw as detailed above.
38. Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent draws.

39. All valid entrants will receive confirmation onscreen that they will be automatically placed into the Grand Prize Draw for the chance to win one:

42. Winners and their guests must be 18+.
43. The winners will receive what is stated only and are thus responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, so all other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including but not limited to, travel, accommodation, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost, unless otherwise expressly stated within the prize details. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
Winner selection and notification
Main Promotional Period – Instant Win
43. Instant Win prize winners will be notified via an onscreen message immediately after entry and confirmation of their prize and claim and/or downloadable details and when available will be sent in a confirmation email within 7 working days (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) and the next stages of the claim, to receive addresses to start the prize fulfilment process.
44. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information (Delivery address) to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize if possible or add to the Grand prize Draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified.
45. Once verified and information received including delivery addresses for Sprite Merchandise, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be with them within 28 working days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
Weekly Prize Draw
46. During the promotion, those consumers that have entered for the chance to win Instant Win prizes will automatically be entered into the Weekly Prize Draw based upon the date and time of entry.
47. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified Prize Draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding Prize Draw above.
48. Weekly Prize Draws will be held on the dates and times stated.
49. Winners only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place and will then be contacted by email to ensure the prize fulfilment can take place.
50. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arrange the fulfilment of the prize and transfer of cash, the spending money, via BACS to their bank account. Regular reminder emails (up to 2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until a reserve has been contacted for any outstanding prize with promotional timeframes. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this reserve process and if time doesn’t allow further contacts the prize will be added to the Grand Prize Draw process. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
51. Ticket prize details will be sent securely to winner’s email addresses; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; We will endeavour to get the ticket details delivered to winners as quickly as possible; The winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery and relevant details are checked on receipt.
52. The cash expenses will be delivered by BACS within 28 days of valid claim on the completion of the verification process and receipt of the winner’s bank details.
53. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
Grand Prize Draw (process as per weekly draw)
54. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the next steps and claim process within 2 working days of the Grand Prize Draw taking place.
55. There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize Draw winner; however, the Promoter reserves the right to add any unclaimed online prizes and weekly prizes to this Grand Prize Draw for the entrants only. All processes will follow the details as indicated in the Weekly Prize Draws.
56. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the Grand Prize Draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. This process will continue until the winner and reserve for any prizes outstanding have been contacted as detailed. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
General Information
57. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
58. A list of the Weekly and Grand Prize winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
59. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
60. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
61. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
62. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
63. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
64. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
65. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
66. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
1.1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
1.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
1.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the App or any combination thereof;
1.4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
67. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
68. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
