Full Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy for the applicable platform and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The Student Ambassador Programme competition (“Competition”) is open to Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales) residents only who are students currently in university / college or in future education. Excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca Cola Great Britain, Coca Cola European Partners, their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
2. Entrants must be 18+ years or over.
3. The competition is not open to part time or online Open University students. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entry from the competition.
4. Entrants must launch, register and/or Log in on Coca‑Cola GB website at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/offerings/uni.
5. Entrants must have access to the internet and an active Facebook, X, TikTok or Instagram (Instagram Stories) account. If you do not have a Facebook, X, TikTok or Instagram account you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this. Proof of ownership of the social media account and proof of age may be required.
6. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted throughout the competition period. The entry into the competition must feature a new, unique content feature. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple social media aliases will be disqualified.
7. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person outside of the Terms and conditions or by the use of automated devices or processes, will be accepted (where applicable).
8. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or setting up multiple Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X accounts or aliases will be disqualified.
9. Syndicated entries, multiple entries or accounts or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
10. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
11. No purchase necessary.
12. A maximum of one prize may be won per person.
Promotional Period
13. The competition is open from 04.06.2026 at 09:00 and closes on 18.06.2026 at 09:00
14. Only official entries made during these times and under promotional instructions will be accepted. Entries outside these competition dates will not be included.
15. For the major prizes, all valid entries will be independently judged throughout the competition to deliver a shortlist of 30. This shortlist of 30 will then be further discussed between a second set of judges including an independent judge from the first round of competition to ensure compliance to give the final best 8 entries.
16. Each qualifying and valid post of the top 8 entries will receive a £20 Shopping voucher.
How to Enter
17. Entrants must submit an original, current personal content video showing a sample piece of content showcasing a relatable student moment on TikTok, Instagram, Instagram stories, Facebook or X. Dangerous, obscene or inappropriate entries will not however be accepted. Any entries not adhering to this rule will be disqualified.
18. Entry will be via the Coca‑Cola GB website, where you will be required to submit your content.
19. Only valid entry content will be accepted. All entry details and content is subject to verification and interrogation.
20. The video must be in an uploadable format M4A, MP4, 3GPP, AVI, WebM or MPG4 and a max length of 30 seconds, and must be uploaded on the above mentioned platforms using the hashtag #CocaCola
21. To enter from a private account, you must amend your account settings to a public account in order for entry to be accepted. The account must remain public until the end of the competition and fulfilment period in order to be contacted in the event your entry is a winning entry.
22. The Competition entry submission must be original, created and taken by them and cannot infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Any entry content found to be copied, doctored or amended or plagiarized, will be disqualified.
23. The content must be filmed currently and has to be unique for this competition and cannot be a re-use of work entered in any other competition or event.
24. Obscene or inappropriate entries will not be accepted. Entrants are solely responsible for the content they provide, and any views highlighted in the uploaded content.
25. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the requirements of Coca‑Cola the brand.
26. Entrants further agree that no content will be submitted that:

- Is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
- A risk to personal or public health or safety
- Uses individuals in the video whose permission has not been granted
- Encourages or advocates any unlawful or unauthorized behaviour or activity or violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation
- Is offensive, obscene, vulgar, or is inappropriate for a public and family friendly forum;
- Contains references to Individuals smoking tobacco, vapes, drugs, drinking or appearing to be under the influence of alcohol.
- Is, or may be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, threatening or harassing to any individual or entity;
- Includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
- Contains any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
- Infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, rights of publicity rights of privacy, moral rights or any other applicable personal or proprietary rights
27. The Promoter and their agents reserve the right, but not the obligation, to
o Monitor or review the Content you have submitted;
o Remove or refuse take forward as an entry any Content submitted that the Promoter deems in its sole discretion to be inappropriate or violate any of these Terms and Conditions without giving you notice;
o Forward any inappropriate content to the necessary authorities, and /or seek civil or criminal prosecution.
28. The Promoter does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any Content you have submitted. The Promoter has the right to remove or refuse to accept any entry for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not The Promoter, are responsible for the Contents of your submission. None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Promoter, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
29. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of acceptance in order for their prize to be processed. The Administrator, nor its fulfilment agent can be held responsible for the winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance.
Prize Details
8 winners accepted for the Student Ambassador Programme:
A programme for university students who have a small but engaged social media following (1K–10K), to embed Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar into everyday campus life, driving participation, advocacy, and making Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar the default drink of choice for students. Selected participants will earn a voucher for each post they share (up to x5).
30. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
31. The top 8 entrants will receive a £20 Shopping voucher per valid post during the Student Ambassador Programme. Up to a maximum of 5 Shopping vouchers.
o The Shopping vouchers can be redeemed against a broad range of retail and leisure brands. Each voucher has a unique reference which must be quoted when redeeming. Vouchers and the associated references must be kept safely and securely. We take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud. We reserve the right to cancel vouchers or credit balances that we deem to have been obtained fraudulently.
Redeeming Shopping Vouchers
o To redeem, you must first register your Lifestyle Voucher online. This will create Account Credit which can then be exchanged for your choice of retailer.
o Lifestyle Vouchers and Account Credit cannot be redeemed directly with the retailer.
Validity
o Lifestyle Vouchers are valid two years from date of purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher and/or advised upon successful activation.
o You must use the voucher before this expiry date or it will no longer be valid. Account Credit can be used until the expiry of the original voucher and is non-refundable.

32. The top 8 entrants will become part of the Student Ambassador Programme. Content produced as part of the programme will be subject to clauses on rights around content outlined by Coca‑Cola.
Winner selection process
33. All valid entries will be judged against the stated criteria by a panel of judges all from valid entries received.
34. The judging panel will consist of a panel of independent judges, with the final 30 top entries then being viewed and judged against the same criteria by the brand and the creative agency overseen by one independent auditor who was involved with the initial shortlisting, all who have the experience in this type of judging competition. All Judging will take place using an independently verified process so that everything can be logged & audited throughout.
35. The judging will take place at the end of the competition with the final 8 winners being decided upon and contacted re their winning status on 02.07.2026
36. All entries will be judged on merit based on the criteria:
1. Original and Unique
2. Innovation
3. Overall impression /presentation and content
4. Level of detail and the video quality
5. Style and tone of execution
6. Relevance to the Brief in the theme of the content
37. The judging panel will individually score, and these marks will be subsequently ranked across their entries and all entries to find the top 30 content (or tied 30th) to subsequent review at a second stage of judging to find an overall 8 winners.
38. Once a shortlist of 30 from the original entries have been established, there will then be dialogue between the second stage judges which will be overseen by an independent adjudicator to establish the top 8 content from all those shortlisted.
39. In the event of a tie situation, the highest score from a combination of original and unique will take precedence to determine the winner.
Claim Process
40. The winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry and will be required to follow next steps, within 28 days of being notified that they are a winner to confirm verification against the Terms & Conditions. All reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner, but if this cannot be achieved within the allotted times scale then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement, withdraw the win and award the prize to the entry with the next highest ranked content as awarded by the judging panel.
41. Winners will be subject to a full verification process.
42. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after contact will subsequently communicate a secure link to allow potential winners to provide the Promoter information securely including their name, re confirm their Facebook, X or Instagram /Instagram Stories details and a valid home address and / or email address to assist with verification, fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited.
43. All Winners will be requested to take part in any reasonable publicity without further recompense.
44. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or Prize provider. The Prize Provider reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
45. Winners will be contacted and sent their shopping vouchers via the email address provided upon entry.
General Terms & Conditions
46. This competition shall be governed by English laws.
47. The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. The entrant will receive no fees in relation to their entry into this competition. Any costs incurred by obtaining time off from work or study to take part in the competition are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.
48. All entries submitted, and all information provided by entrants must be complete and accurate.
49. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
50. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram/Instagram Stories or X. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or X. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or X from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.
51. No cash or other alternative gift available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
52. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this Competitions entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means.
53. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
b. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
d. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the competition.
54. The contents of all entries submitted become property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use the contents of entry submissions provided by entrants, for editorial, advertising, marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. Each Eligible entrant grants permission for Promoter to use the contents of his/her entry submission for editorial, advertising, marketing and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where the moral rights in respect of the content, are theirs to assert. Participants warrant that the materials contain no copyright materials, are their original works, have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any third party and they have full authority to grant these rights.
55. Details of winner and the winning entries will be posted on the Coca‑Cola GB website at the end of the Competition.
56. A list of winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
57. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this Competitions entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means.
58. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
a. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
b. The Promoter’s decision in all promotional matters is final.
c. The Promoter reserves the right to alert the relevant social media platforms to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.
59. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
60. The Promoter, its agents and the Prize Partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering and promoting the Student Ambassador Programme, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
61. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
62. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
