These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
Promoter: Coca‑Cola Great Britain, 1A Wimpole Street, London W1G 0EA; no entries should be sent to this address.
1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
3. Internet access and registration required.
4. No purchase required.
5. Entry is only valid via the Coca‑Cola App via registration where actively submitting an entry at a time within the promotional period becomes the entry mechanism for the promotion.
6. Maximum of 2 Instant win App entries per person per day, with automatic entry into the relevant weekly prize draw in this Diet Coke September 2023 App Promotion.
7. Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the overall promotion (i.e., Main promotional period and the mop up draw period).
8. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the total limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
9. The Main Promotional period runs from 09:00 Monday 17th July 2023 until 09:00 on Monday 11th September 2023 which will be re-enforced on the entry information within the Coca‑Cola App.
10. There are Instant Win opportunities available in the Coca‑Cola App throughout the promotional period. On entering for the Instant Win opportunity, participants will also be automatically entered into the next one of the 8 weekly prize draws available.
11. There is a mop up draw for any valid entries received between 09:01 Monday 11th September 2023 until 09:00 Monday 9th October 2023.
12. Any entries received outside of these times and dates will not be entered into this promotion.

15. Entry into the Instant Win will also mean that participants will be entered into one of the 8 Weekly draws with the details of the weekly and total prize fund detailed in the prize clause below:

How to Enter
16. For the chance to enter the Instant win and thus gain entry into the relevant weeks prize draw, download the Coca‑Cola App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
17. Entrants will be required to login or create an account on the app, providing their full name, date of birth and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion).
18. Once in your account, choose your moment to enter, click on the entry button and submit your entry at any chosen time during any day.
19. Within the Coca‑Cola App prize description screen, there is a prize redemption button that has to be clicked in order to enter for your chance to win a prize. Once you have successfully entered for your chance to win in an Instant Win App, you will see an onscreen message confirming your participation status.
20. During the main promotional period, App instant win prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to open ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently randomly verified computer programme. There are 520 winning moments available throughout the main promotional period. The first person to enter at the same time or be the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All 520 prizes are available to be won but may not be won if not all the winning moments are matched.
21. The winning moments are available to be won throughout the entire main promotional period. There will be no fixed number of instant App wins each day or week. Prizes will roll over from day to day and week to week, until the end of the main promotion and thus are available to be won throughout the main promotional period.
22. Entrants can only enter into the Instant Win App 2 times per day.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation.
24. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/ win.

26. Instant Win App winners will be notified via an onscreen message immediately after entry, however this will still be subject to verification. Confirmation of their prize (subject to verification first) can be found under the entrants ‘My Points’ in the prize section along with information to keep an eye on their inbox, where they will be sent a confirmation email within 7 days (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) and the next stages of the claim process.
Weekly Prize Draw
27. For each promotional entry into the Instant Win App (maximum 2 per day), participants will also be entered automatically into one of the 8 weekly prize draws relevant to the date of entry and will have a chance of winning an Ultimate Diet Coke Shopping Trip.
28. Upon entering, all valid entrants will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant prize draw, whether or not they have won an instant prize.
29. Weekly Draw Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries in the relevant week and will be informed via email within 2 working days of the relevant weekly prize draw taking place that they have won a prize from their respective draw. Please see clause below for all draw dates. For each draw all valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draw. Each random draw will be conducted by an independent party which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process.

31. The draw for the winner in any of the above-mentioned draws will take place on the date specified above, via an independently audited and randomly verified prize draw programme.
32. All valid draw entrants on entry will receive confirmation via an onscreen message. Their ‘raffle ticket’, which is their participation voucher and includes information about when the draw will take place. This can be seen in their profile under ‘my prizes’.
33. The winner only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the draw taking place confirming next steps to fulfil the claim process.
Mop Up Draw
34. Any entries received after the main promotional period, between 09:01 11.09.23 – 09:00 09.10.23 will go into the Mop Up draw only.
35. Entrants must enter during the Mop Up period to be in with a chance of winning a 1x Selfridges £1,000 e-Gift Card (details noted below).
36. The Mop Up draw will take place after 09:01 on 09.10.23.
37. The Mop Up draw winner, who will be selected at random from all valid entries via an independently verified draw process will be contacted in the same manner as per the weekly draws.

39. Winner will be given dates on which the shopping experience will take place. (Not Christmas Day or Easter Sunday). The winner and guest must be available to travel to the shopping experience on the dates suggested by the Promoter, or unfortunately they will forfeit the entire prize. Once the date has been confirmed the winner will be notified of their personal shopper and given all the details re the agenda for the day once at the Selfridges Oxford Street store and the accommodation.
40. Upon arrival, there will be an initial consultation with the personal shopper. The appointment is tailored individually to the winner, based on an understanding of their lifestyle and requirements. Once these have been established, the personal shopper will proceed to shop through the collections on your behalf while you relax in the lounge and enjoy complimentary refreshments (Soft Drinks, Champagne, Tea or Coffee). The winner and guest will then be taken to your personal suite where your personal shopper will guide you through their selection. The luxury service covers the high-end designer collections in the store ranging from classic to contemporary. In addition to fashion, our personal shopping team can select from the extensive product ranges throughout Selfridges, including the luxury brands in our Wonder Room for jewellery, accessories and shoes. 41. The Promoter is not responsible if the shopping experience is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, and quarantines and winner will not be reimbursed for the experience.
42. Winner understands and agrees that the Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the winner or his/her guest(s) from any activity at any time if the winner’s or his/her guest’s behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of the Promoter.
43. The Promoter is not responsible if winner refuses or fails to travel to the shopping experience.
44. The Promoter is not liable for any activities independently arranged by winner while in the shopping experience destination or for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.
45. Inner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any specific health requirements set forth by the Promoter, hotels/accommodations, shopping experience venues or other vendors offering services that are part of the experience prize. Failure to comply with any of these requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

General Information on prizes and notification
48. There are 529 prizes (520 prizes via the Instant win App and 8 prizes via the various prize draws plus 1 for the Mop Up Draw) in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the entire promotional period.
49. Only one win per prize type per person, so an individual could win one of each of the different Instant win prize types, once in the weekly prize draws and in the Mop Up draw.
50. The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 days including their address via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be with them within 28 days of the date of verification and the method by which they will receive the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
51. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, or except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
52. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 3) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days of initial communication or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and if from a Prize Draw to forfeit this original win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the draw. The promoter reserves the right to add any unclaimed prizes to the Mop-Up draw Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified.
53. Selfridges e-Gift Cards will be sent to the email address provided upon entry within 28 days of successfully passing verification.
54. COSMOSS Gift Sets will be dispatched via secure, tracked, mainland delivery within 28 days of successfully passing verification.
55. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered, either physically or via email will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
56. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries plus all wins and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
57. A list of winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by emailing your request to email@example.com with the heading ‘Diet Coke September 2023’ within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
58. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
59. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
60. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
61. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
62. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
63. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the App or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
64. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the App may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
65. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
1.1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
1.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
1.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the App or any combination thereof;
1.4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
66. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law
67. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
68. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
