Golden Summer Soirée

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs, halved
  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 1 container cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1 cantaloupe, sliced
  • 3 yellow apples, sliced
  • 1 bunch green or golden grapes, washed and dried
  • 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 4 breakfast pastries
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 pint yellow tomatoes, washed and dried Sea salt, to taste
  • 3⁄4 cup hummus
  • 4-6 bottles Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 2 lemons or meyer lemons, sliced

Directions:

 

Arrange the foods on a large board in a beautiful pattern, keeping bagels, cream cheese, capers and onions close to one another. Fruits, baguette and jam can be grouped together, and hummus and veggies grouped together as well! 



 

Sprinkle the savory items with a bit of sea salt.



 

Plating store bought dips and spreads in beautiful bowls is a simple and easy way to elevate your brunch spread without a lot of effort!
