Glazed Cinnamon Rolls with Simply Cranberry® Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1-pound ball pizza dough, store-bought
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. salted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup Simply Cranberry Cocktail, reduced by half
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Additional butter for greasing pan
- Flour for rolling out dough
- 9 in. round cake pan or 12 x 8 in. pan
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375°F and grease pan with a tablespoon or so of butter.
- Flour surface and roll dough out to a 12 x 8 in. rectangle. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar and cinnamon until combined. Spread over surface of dough, edge to edge. Starting at the long end, roll up tightly and pinch the seam shut. Slice 2 in. pieces with a knife and place in pan about a ½ in. apart. Set aside.
- Reduce Simply Cranberry Cocktail by half over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes in a small saucepan. Once reduced, whisk in powdered sugar and cream cheese and set aside, allowing to cool.
- Place cinnamon rolls in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly golden and bubbly. Once cooled slightly, spread the cranberry glaze over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
NOTE: It is better to underbake the cinnamon rolls due to the texture of pizza dough.
