THE FUZE® FLAVOUR DELIVERED SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES


NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


1. Eligibility: The FUZE® Flavour Delivered Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Eligibility Area”), 18 years of age or older and the legal age of majority or older in their province/territory of residence as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of Coca‑Cola Ltd (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca‑Cola Canada Bottling Limited, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 19, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
 

3. How to Enter: There are four (4) ways to enter:

  • Via Facebook: During the Sweepstakes Period, take a photo of your FUZE Iced Tea paired with the meal you ordered via the “Skip the Dishes” app (“Photo”). Find the Sweepstakes post pinned on the FUZE Canada Facebook page (“Sweepstakes Post”) and post the Photo on the Sweepstakes Post in your comment (“Facebook Entry”) to receive one (1) Facebook Entry into the Sweepstakes. You must like the FUZE Canada Facebook page to enter. You may only use one (1) Facebook account ID to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Facebook account to submit an Entry. Limit one (1) Facebook Entry per person/Facebook ID during the Sweepstakes Period. All terms and conditions of Facebook apply.
  • Via Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Period, take your Photo and post it on Instagram, tagging FUZE Canada (@FUZE_CA) and include the hashtag #FlavourDeliveredSweepstakes in the caption (“Instagram Entry”). You must follow FUZE Canada on Instagram to enter. You may only use one (1) Instagram account ID to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account to submit an Entry. Limit one (1) Instagram Entry per person/Instagram ID during the Sweepstakes Period. All terms and conditions of Instagram apply.
  • Via Instagram via the “Add Yours Feature”: During the Sweepstakes Period, FUZE Canada will add a story  to their @FUZECA Instagram page via the “Add Yours” feature (“Story”) instructing entrants to take their Photo and click “Add Yours” on the Story, add their Photo and post it to their own Instagram story, tagging FUZE Canada (@FUZE_CA) and include the hashtag #FlavourDeliveredSweepstakes  (“Instagram Story Entry”). You can access the Story via FUZE Canada or via another Instagram user that already entered the Sweepstakes via their Instagram Story Entry. You must follow FUZE Canada on Instagram to enter. Please note, if you also have Facebook, it will automatically also appear as a Facebook story (but Entry is only made through Instagram). You may only use one (1) Instagram account ID to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account to submit an Entry. Limit one (1) Instagram Story Entry per person/Instagram ID during the Sweepstakes Period. All terms and conditions of Instagram apply.

You may only enter one (1) time via Instagram regardless of the method of Entry.

  • Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without making a purchase and entering via Instagram or Facebook, you may enter by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, province, postal code, phone number (including area code), date of birth, valid email address, and up to two (2) sentences describing what you like about FUZE Iced Tea or what meal you would like to pair with FUZE Iced Tea, on a plain 3”x5” index card, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: FUZE X Skip The Dishes Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17-7000 McLeod Road Suite # 114 Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7K3 for the FUZE promo to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “AMOE Entry”). AMOE Entry Entries must be postmarked by October 19, 2025 and received by October 27, 2025, to be entered into the random drawing.

    AMOE Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Entry process are void. AMOE Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

    Facebook Entries, Instagram Entries, Instagram Story Entries, and AMOE Entries will be collectively referred to as (“Entries”).

    You must have a Facebook account to enter via Facebook. If you do not have a Facebook account, click here to create a free account. Facebook Entries must comply with Facebook’s Terms and Policies (for terms, click here). You must have a non-private Instagram account to enter via Instagram. If you do not have an Instagram account, click here to create a free account. Instagram Entries must comply with Instagram Terms of Use (for terms, click here). Both Facebook and Instagram accounts can also be opened for free by downloading the applications from the Apple store or Google Play on your web-enabled mobile device.

    Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Facebook ID’s, Instagram ID’s, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Facebook or Instagram account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

    Entries will not be judged but must adhere to the Entry Guidelines indicated below, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.


ENTRY GUIDELINES:

  • Entry must be entrant’s own original work and must not have won a previous prize or award.
  • Photo must be in JPG or PNG format and the file size must not exceed 20mb.
  • Entry must not (and entrants represent and warrant that it will not), violate or infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other proprietary right of any entity or person (living or deceased), including but not limited to rights of privacy, publicity or portrayal in a false light.
  • Entry should not include content with the potential to result in any injury or bodily harm to the entrant.
  • Entry must not reference any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names (other than Sponsor’s), slogans, political, or religious statements, or be otherwise objectionable, as determined in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion.
  • Entry must not include any commercial solicitation or promotional materials, websites, contact information or personally-identifiable information (e.g., first or last name, address, phone number, place of work, email address, etc.).
  • Sponsor has in its sole discretion, the option (but not the obligation) to blur or black-out any imagery that Sponsor deems objectionable.
  • Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified and may be deleted.
  • Entry must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Released Parties, or their respective products and services, or other people, products or companies.
  • Entry must not contain content that is false, inaccurate or misleading.
  • Entry must not contain statements or images relating to the armed forces of the United States; local, state or federal governments; state flags, emblems, seals, coat of arms, crests or insignias.
  • Entry must not include references to any activity that Sponsor/Administrator deem to be, in their sole discretion, lewd or indecent.

Each Entrant grants to Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, publicly perform and publicly display and create derivative works from and display each submitted Entry, in any media, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works there from, and agrees to waive any and all moral rights that the Entrant may have in the Entry with respect to the uses contemplated herein, and to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s reasonable request. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. By entering, you understand that your Entry may be posted online, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be viewed by members of the general public. If a person other than Entrant took the photograph deemed the Entry, he/she must have provided all rights to the Entrant and he/she may need to sign a release, upon request.


4. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning: One-hundred (100) Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 28, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. The odds of winning a prize (“Prize”) will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

If a Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute a Prize for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Prize per person/household.


6. Winner Notification: Potential Prize winners who entered via Instagram or Facebook will be contacted via Facebook Comment/Private Message or Instagram Direct Message (depending upon potential Prize winners’ method of Entry). The potential Prize winners who entered via AMOE, will be contacted via email. Potential Prize winners must respond within three (3) days with the required verification and Prize fulfillment information and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, within the timeframe specified or winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Prizes will then be fulfilled to the winners to the email addresses (or via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Private Message, as applicable) provided within 6-8 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate return the required information and correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question correctly, in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize, time permitting. The Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable) including without limitation provincial, municipal and local taxes. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.


8. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper implementation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize winners, and release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.


9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.


10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Sweepstakes Parties, Facebook and Instagram from any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or provincial court located in Toronto, Ontario in Canada; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Toronto, Ontario in Canada for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than CAD$100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, Canada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada.


11. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. By providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions outside your province and/or country of residence, which may have different data protection rules governing personal information.
