These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1.      The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola EuroPacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. 

2.      Entrants must be 16 years or over.

3.      Internet access and registration required.

6.     Entry is only valid via the website via registration where details of your age will be checked if necessary for the sampling activation.

7.     There is a maximum of 1 coupon per registered Coca‑Cola account / registered user during the campaign period.

Promotional Period

8.      There are 350,000 codes available in total. The promotional campaign will run from 09/09/2024 to 30/09/2024 or until all available coupons are claimed, whichever is sooner.

Number of Entries

9.      Each individual is allowed to claim a maximum of 1 coupon during the promotional period. Multiple entries beyond this limit will not be honoured.

How to Claim a Coupon

10.  To claim a free coupon for a Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, participants must follow these steps:

a)      Scan the QR code on Digital Out Of Home screens and confirm the age gate, 16 or over and grab the digital bottle off the digital OOH screen via the AR experience. Alternatively, visit the Coca‑Cola campaign page: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/offerings/take-a-taste-2024.

b)      To claim a coupon, entrants will be required to login or create an account on the GB campaign site providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion)

c)      Click to claim a code which will be stored in your account’s user profile.

d)      Upon claiming, you will receive a voucher containing a unique code and a link to the redemption page. This code is valid for use up until 30th September 2024.

e)      Once ready to redeem your coupon, copy your code, click on the redemption page link, and paste the code into the designated field.

f)        Select your preferred retailer or venue from the list of participating stores and chains.

g)       Once the retailer is selected, you will have to activate your coupon once you are ready to use it. Once your coupon is activated, it will remain valid for 1 hour.

Coupons are valid up to the maximum retail value of a Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar £4.04 in Horeca. £1.90 in Grocery.

Special Conditions for coupons

12.  For redemptions, once the coupon has been activated it will be valid for only 1 hour from the time of activation. After this period, the coupon will expire and cannot be used.

Geographical Restrictions

13.  This campaign is open only to residents of Great Britain. Coupons cannot be redeemed in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

General Conditions

14.  Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

15.  Coca‑Cola reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and these terms at any time without notice.

16.   Any misuse of the campaign or attempts to claim more than the allowed number of coupons may result in disqualification.

17.   By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

18.   Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless the Promoter has your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Retailer and HoReCa Terms & Conditions

Coupon only valid against purchase of products detailed and before expiry date. Only one coupon may be used per product. May not be used in conjunction with another coupon. May not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred, or auctioned. Breaches to these terms may be detected. This may result in embarrassment and legal action. Further activation of coupons will be prevented. Coupon must be redeemed by valid until date.

The Coupon Details:

·       This coupon is valid against the products listed above in “valid products”.

·       Only available for redemption in selected retailer as detailed above in “retailers”.

·       Last date for activating your coupon is 30th September 2024.

·       Once the coupon is activated, there will be 1 hour for redemption.

·       Only one coupon may be used per product purchased.

·       May not be used in conjunction with another coupon.

·       May not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred, or auctioned.

·       Retailers may not allow coupons to be redeemed at Self Checkouts without manual intervention from the cashier.

·       Retailers may limit only two coupons of the same type and value to be redeemed in one transaction.
