How and where Coca‑Cola is Produced in Great Britain

Our name is known around the world, but Coca‑Cola drinks are produced locally by our bottling partners and their suppliers in almost every country where we operate.

Together with our bottling partner in Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, we are proud to be part of the communities we have served as a System since 1900. Many of the people who make up our local System, and our suppliers and customers, are members of the local communities in which we live and work.

In GB, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners makes, sells and distributes soft drinks for every occasion and sells more than four billion bottles and cans every year. We make 97% of our products in GB, including Coca‑Cola Original Taste, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Fanta, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Appetiser, Oasis and Schweppes.  Producing Coca‑Cola drinks in Great Britain doesn’t just help us cater to national and regional tastes; it has an impact on the economy too. In many countries around the world, local people and businesses help create the Coca‑Cola people know and love.

The local footprint of our System is about more than just soft drink production – it can support the Great British economy and communities.

In fact, in 2022 The Coca‑Cola System helped create £1.5 billion currency by producing and selling our drinks in Great Britain. Our latest research highlights that our System spent over £4.2 billion with local supply chain partners in Great Britain in 2022, and contributed to a further 43,800 jobs across our wider supply chain system.
