1. Eligibility: The Summer Uplift Canada Retail Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of Canada (“Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of Game Play/Entry (defined below) (“Entrant”). If Entrant is a minor in their province of residence, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to play/enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of Coca‑Cola Ltd (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Live Nation Canada, Inc. (“Live Nation”); Ticketmaster Canada Ltd, Ticketmaster, LLC (collectively “Ticketmaster”), and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. 2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 13, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will consist of five (5) prize pools (each a “Prize Pool”) as indicated below:

3. How to Participate: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit here (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Follow the instructions to log in or create a free Coca‑Cola account (“Account”). Once logged in, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”). Next, pick the Prize Pool you wish to enter and scratch the image with your mouse or finger (depending on if you are playing on desktop or mobile) indicated on the screen. Once the Game Play is complete, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize in the applicable Prize Pool or if you are not determined a winner, one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing for the Grand Prize (“Entry”). If you are resident of Quebec only, you will also receive an entry (“Quebec Entry”) into the random drawing for the La Ronde Theme Park Ticket Prize (“La Ronde Prize”), in addition to an Entry into the Grand Prize random drawing. If you are a resident of Ontario only, you will also receive an entry (“Ontario Entry”) into the random drawing for the Canada’s Wonderland Ticket Prize (“Canada’s Wonderland Prize”) in addition to an Entry into the Grand Prize random drawing. If you visit the Website and complete a Game Play for five (5) consecutive days, after the fifth Game Play, you will receive one (1) bonus entry (“Bonus Entry”) into the Sweepstakes random drawing for the Grand Prize. All instant winners and non-winners will receive an Entry and Bonus Entries (if applicable) into the Sweepstakes. All instant winners and non-winners who reside in Quebec, will receive an Entry and a Quebec Entry into the Sweepstakes. All instant winners and non-winners who reside in Ontario will receive an Entry and an Ontario Entry into the Sweepstakes. All on-screen wins/notifications are subject to verification. For general purposes, when the terms are not specific for a drawing, all Entries, Bonus Entries, Quebec Entries and Ontario Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entries”. All Game Plays/Entries become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of Game Plays/Entries may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Game Play/Entry/Quebec Entry or Ontario Entry per eligible Entrant per day. A day is defined as starting at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day, except for the first day of the Promotion where a day is defined as starting at 10:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on May 19, 2025. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays/Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Game Plays/Entries associated with an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. Any use of AI, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar registration/Game Play/Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion game play or sweepstakes entry services) will void all Game Plays/Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play/Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the Account email address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
4. Verification/Winner Notification/Game Prize and Prize Fulfillment: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for the applicable Prize Pool. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.
The potential three (3) Sweepstakes Prize winners will be contacted via email by the Administrator and will be required to sign (or, if a potential winner is a minor, their parent/legal guardian will be required to sign) and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) (and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question), within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as a winner. If a potential Sweepstakes Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days or Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible and an alternate will be selected, up to three (3) alternates per prize, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate Selection. The winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the prize (if applicable), including without limitation provincial, municipal and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. La Ronde Prizes and the Canada’s Wonderland Prizes will then be fulfilled to the mailing addresses or email addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after verification.
The potential Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game after receiving a Game Prize win message and must input the required verification and prize fulfillment information within the form at the time of notification. Game winners must also correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If a Game Prize winner fails to provide the requested information at the time of notification, Administrator may choose to send an email and request that the applicable Game Prize winner respond within three (3) days with the required verification and prize fulfillment information or the applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified and prize will be forfeited. Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses or email address (depending on the Game Prize) provided within 4-6 weeks after verification. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited.
Once it is confirmed that a prize has been delivered to a winner’s provided address, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for the security of that prize and will be unable to replace the prize in the event it is stolen/damaged. Any unclaimed/returned prizes will be not be awarded. Any winners who have any inquiries regarding their prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding prizes will be forfeited after that time).

· Cineplex Admit One E-Certificate Terms and Conditions: Each certificate is redeemable at all Cineplex Entertainment LP (“Cineplex”) theatres in Canada, online at Cineplex.com and the Cineplex mobile app, for one general admission ticket. If redeemed online or through the app, an online booking fee, which allows for advance seat selection and sharable digital tickets, will be charged per movie ticket at the time of redemption. The fee is waived for CineClubTM members, is $1.00 per ticket plus tax for Scene+TM members and is $1.50 per ticket plus tax for everyone else and is charged on the first 4 tickets purchased in a transaction. · La Ronde Terms and Conditions: Single Daily Ticket is valid on regular days of operation during the 2025 season of La Ronde. One per person. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection. Ticket or season pass voucher not valid at other parks or during private parties or private events. Grand Prize (1): A CAD$11,360 Travel Voucher that can be used for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) travel companions to create a personalized road trip travel experience for a location(s) within Canada. All travel must be completed in one single continuous trip. No transfer, resale, cash or other substitution of the Grand Prize
(a) Travel Voucher must be used within one (1) year of Grand Prize winner confirmation.
(b) If actual trip value exceeds the Travel Voucher amount, no additional compensation will be provided.
(c) If actual trip value is less than the Travel Voucher amount, no cash refund will be made for the difference.
(d) The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion(s), as applicable must possess valid travel documents (i.e., government issued photo ID, valid passport, etc.) in order to travel. Failure to obtain required travel documents by the Grand Prize winner and their travel companions may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate potential winner selection by random drawing, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible Entries.
(e) Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
(f) Seat selection and timing is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations.
(g) The Grand Prize winner and/or a travel companion, if applicable must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into any hotel that is booked. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.
(h) Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply.
(i) Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.
(j) Any travel companion(s) (or Grand Prize winner on behalf of their minor travel companions who is/are their child/charge) of the Grand Prize winner (if applicable) may be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure.
(k) Air transportation must be reserved at least 30 days in advance (additional advance notice may be required pending location).
(l) Full voucher amount must be used for one single trip, not multiple trips and if full amount is not used at one time, any additional funds will be forfeited.
(m) Travel voucher is redeemable for air transportation, hotel, rental car, RV rental or ground transfers only.
(n) Grand Prize winner and their travel companions, as applicable, must travel on the same date(s) and on the same itinerary.
(o) Administrator will coordinate all travel.
(p) No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.
(q) In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or their travel companions engage in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel and send the Grand Prize winner and travel companions home with no obligations or compensation to the Grand Prize winner.
(r) Grand Prize winner and their travel companions must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols in place at time of travel.
(s) If utilizing a rental car, rental car is subject to additional age and other restrictions set forth by car rental contract. Grand Prize winner will be responsible for returning the car with a full tank of gas.
(t) If utilizing an RV rental, the Grand Prize winner or a travel companion must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, possess a valid CA driver’s license held for a minimum of one (1) year prior to rental, and meet all eligibility requirements imposed by the applicable RV rental provider. Additional documentation, including a valid credit card and proof of insurance, may be required at the time of rental.
· Rental Provider: RV rentals shall be arranged through a provider designated by Administrator, subject to availability and provider restrictions. All reservations must be approved by Sponsor or its designated travel agency prior to booking.
· Travel Period: RV rental must be used as part of one (1) continuous trip and must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner verification, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Sponsor. Blackout dates and other travel restrictions may apply.
· Covered Costs: Sponsor shall cover the base RV rental fee, applicable taxes, and a limited mileage allowance (as determined by Sponsor or provider). All other costs are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, including but not limited to:
a. Fuel
b. Mileage exceeding the included allowance
c. Insurance upgrades
d. Campground fees
e. Tolls, parking, and traffic violations
f. Cleaning or damage fees
g. Optional add-ons or equipment rentals
h. Insurance & Liability: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for complying with all insurance requirements and terms of the rental provider. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the RV rental or travel associated therewith. Sponsor strongly encourages the Grand Prize winner to purchase additional liability or collision coverage if not included.
· Non-Transferability: RV rental benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the verified Grand Prize winner (or a household member with prior written approval by Sponsor). No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
· Substitution: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute an alternate travel experience or cash equivalent of equal or greater value in the event the RV rental is unavailable, or if the Grand Prize winner does not meet the rental provider’s requirements.
Travel companions (or Grand Prize winner on behalf of a travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of the Grand Prize winner will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel with fewer than three (3) travel companions, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion(s) portion of prize.
Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning a La Ronde Prize or a Canada’s Wonderland Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each area (Quebec or Ontario) during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play and number of eligible Game Plays received for the applicable Prize Pool. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. No transfer, cash or other substitution of any prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited. Limit one (1) Game Prize per person per Prize Pool.
6. Sweepstakes Prize Random Drawing(s): One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 14, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Fourteen (14) La Ronde Prize winners will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about July 14, 2025 from among all eligible Quebec Entries received from residents of Quebec only during the Promotion Period. Fourteen (14) Canada’s Wonderland Prize winners will be selected in another separate random drawing on or about July 14, 2025 from among all eligible Ontario Entries received from residents of Ontario only during the Promotion Period. Drawing(s) will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing(s).
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any minor) consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
8. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Game Play/Entry /Quebec Entry/ Ontario Entry. Game Plays/Entries/Quebec Entries/ Ontario Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays/Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and award the Game Prizes claimed prior to such action and select the Grand Prize winner, La Ronde Prize winner, and Canada’s Wonderland Prize winner in separate random drawings from among all eligible Entries/Quebec Entries/Ontario Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays/Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) winners, the Grand Prize winner, and travel companions of the Grand Prize winner, La Ronde Prize winners, and Canada’s Wonderland Prize winners and their guests, release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Game Play/Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize or any travel related thereto.
9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Game Play/Entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Game Plays/Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Game Play/Entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
10. Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or provincial court located in Toronto, Ontario in Canada; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Toronto, Ontario in Canada for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, Canada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a Promotion may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
11. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at click here. The Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion. Entrant understand their information will be transferred to and stored in the U.S.
