1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola AMC Summer Promotion (the “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry/game play (“Entrant”). Each Entrant must have a Coca‑Cola account (each an “Account”) at the time of Entry/game play. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola bottlers, Marvel Studios, LLC (“Marvel”), Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), WPP plc, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of these Official Rules as: spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 9:30 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 5, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. There are two (2) ways to enter, as follows:

1) VIA QUICK RESPONSE CODE ON CUPS/WEBSITE: During the Promotion Period, look for special Promotion cups with a Quick Response (“QR”) code at participating AMC movie theater locations. Scan the QR code with your web-enabled mobile device (“Device”) to be directed to the Sweepstakes website (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to log in or create an Account. Once logged in, complete the registration form in its entirety. Once the registration form is submitted, you will then receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Website Daily Game Play”). Once the Website Daily Game Play is completed, you will either receive a win message or a lose message and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing (“Website Sweepstakes Entry”).
 

2) VIA MAIL: You may participate without visiting the Website by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), age and a valid email address on a plain 3”x5” index card, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: The Coca‑Cola AMC Summer Promotion, P.O. Box 7734, Melville, NY 11775-7734 to receive one (1) Game Play Opportunity (an “AMOE Game Play”) and one Entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing (an “AMOE Sweepstakes Entry”). AMOE Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries must be postmarked by September 5, 2025 and received by September 12, 2025. AMOE Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Game Plays/AMOE Sweepstakes Entries which by any means subvert the AMOE Game Play/Sweepstakes Entry process are void. AMOE Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All AMOE Game Plays will be played on Entrant’s behalf by the Administrator (based on postmark date) and only Instant Winners will be notified that they have won. Odds of winning are the same for Website Daily Game Play and AMOE Game Play.
 

Website Daily Game Plays and AMOE Game Plays will be collectively referred to as “Daily Game Play” or “Daily Game Plays”. Website Sweepstakes Entries and AMOE Sweepstakes Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.
 

Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the date/time of Daily Game Play, the number of Instant Win Prizes remaining available at the time of Daily Game Play and number of eligible Daily Game Plays received. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. Receipt of Daily Game Plays may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Daily Game Play per person/Account per day during the Promotion Period regardless of Game Play method. Limit one (1) Entry per person/Account per day during the Promotion Period regardless of Entry method. A “day” is defined as a calendar day from 12:00 am ET to 11:59 pm ET, with the exception of the first day which starts at 9:30 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Daily Game Plays/Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of AI, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar registration/Daily Game Play/Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion game play or sweepstakes entry services) will void all Daily Game Plays/Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Daily Game Play/Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account used to register or included on AMOE Game Play/Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
 

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Prize Details: Instant Win Game digital vouchers are subject to terms and conditions. Vouchers must be used before expiration date of 12/31/26. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes will not be awarded.
 

The Grand Prize includes one (1) four (4) OR five (5)-night Disney Cruise Line vacation (“Grand Prize”) for winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”), to be taken aboard the Disney Destiny. Actual number of nights of the Grand Prize will depend on the sail dates selected by the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize is subject to the conditions set forth below.
 

•  If winner resides outside a 250-mile radius of Port Everglades:
  •  Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares (with possible layovers) between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and Fort Lauderdale International Airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL (“Arrival Airport”);
  • One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at a hotel (hotel selection at the discretion of Disney) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure;
  • Ground transportation for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local transportation from the Arrival Airport to the hotel, from the hotel to Port Everglades, and from Port Everglades to the Arrival Airport (at the discretion of Disney);
     
• One (1) four (4) OR five (5) night cruise (depending on the sail dates selected by the Grand Prize winner) on the Disney Destiny for up to four (4) persons, consisting of:
  • One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Destiny (location/category at the discretion of Disney) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people;
  • All meals onboard the Disney Destiny (excluding specialty and fine dining);
  • Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server;
  • Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website)

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Grand Prize description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of winner or Guests, including but not limited to, shore excursions, travel insurance, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee), individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks), local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including internet, merchandise and souvenirs, tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.  The ARV of the Grand Prize is $11,422.80, which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Grand Prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

Please Note Restriction for the Grand Prize:  Travel for the Grand Prize must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur from December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2026. If travel is not completed by December 1, 2026, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Block-out dates apply (see below). Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the Grand Prize, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

Grand Prize components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. Grand Prize is non-commissionable. Grand Prize is for the winner and up to three (3) Guest(s) of the winner’s choosing. Once selected by the winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Grand Prize or compensation provided to the winner.  If Grand Prize includes airfare, the winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Grand Prize that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable).  Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Grand Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion. If Grand Prize includes hotel stay, photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).  The winner and Guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. The winner and each Guest are responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation. The winner and each Guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and each Guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the Grand Prize or any related activity or travel.  Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.  In the event the winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Grand Prize, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Grand Prize or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation.  The winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.  Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult at least the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Grand Prize. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal. Grand Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.  Grand Prize fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Grand Prize within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.

The First Prize includes A Disneyland® Resort vacation (“First Prize”) for the winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”), which includes the following: (i) hotel accommodations at a Disneyland® Resort (“Resort”) hotel (one (1) room/quadruple occupancy) for up to two (2) consecutive nights; Resort hotel will be determined by Disney in its sole discretion; (ii) up to four (4) 3-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets (subject to restrictions) for the First Prize winner and Guests (both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation required for park entry for First Prize winner and each Guest for each day of the visit); (iii) one (1) five hundred dollars ($500) Disney Gift Card, for the First Prize winner only (subject to restrictions). First Prize winner must provide at least three (3) request dates for desired travel, at least three (3) months in advance. Block-out dates apply and are determined at the sole discretion of Disney. All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the First Prize description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of the First Prize winner or Guests, including but not limited to: airfare, transportation, travel insurance, laundry services, food, beverages, local and long-distance telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, and tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above. Total ARV of First Prize: $4,020. Please see General Prize Restrictions and First Prize restrictions below. First Prize excludes all transportation and meals. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible Entries are received. First Prize must be used by August 31, 2026 or First Prize may be forfeited and all details of the tickets are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed Guests of the First Prize winner (unless the First Prize winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian).  Once selected by First Prize winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.
 

Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the First Prize winner and each Guest.  Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting.  Park reservations are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any reservations or admission media.  Any damaged, lost or stolen theme park tickets, gift cards, or travel vouchers will not be replaced.
 

First Prize and its components (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All elements of the First Prize (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the First Prize winner and Guests on the same dates during the redemption of the First Prize.  Any portion of the First Prize not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited.

The Released Entities are not responsible if any tickets or gift cards, including Disney Gift Cards, are damaged, lost, stolen, or misplaced by a winner or Guests and will not be replaced. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or First Prize winner and/or their respective Guests engage in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, Disney, Marvel, or any of their respective services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to send the Grand Prize winner and their Guests home from one of the ports, or the First Prize winner and their Guests home from the resort with no obligations or compensation to the winner. Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. The Grand Prize winner and First Prize winner and their respective Guests agree to follow any required COVID or other protocols in order to travel. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable).  Released Promotion Parties are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Grand Prize and/or First Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and Grand Prize winner and/or First Prize will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
 

All prize details, including delivery are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize or portion of equal or greater retail value in its sole discretion. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of winners. The Grand Prize winner and First Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prizes.  Any winners who have any inquiries regarding their prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding prizes will be forfeited after that time).

5. Sweepstakes Random Drawing/Odds: On or about September 16, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) First Prize winner and one (1) Second Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
 

6. Winner Notification/Prize Fulfillment: The potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners will be contacted via email and will be sent via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, where legal (“Declaration”) which they will be required to sign and return within three (3) days of notification attempt in order to be confirmed as a prize winner or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, time permitting. If a potential prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential Second Prize winners will be notified by the Administrator by email and will be required to confirm their eligibility and provide a mailing address within three (3) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above, or prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified as applicable. Up to three (3) alternates per prize (for Sweepstakes Prizes) may be selected. Instant Win Prizes will be awarded electronically to the winner’s email addresses within 4-6 weeks after claim date.  Return of any Instant Win Prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
 

7. Verification: All on-screen wins/notifications are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to Entrants, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 4, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received.
 

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

9. Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion or the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the Website or the processing of Entries/Daily Game Plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the Website or use of any prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize including, without limitation, any prize related travel. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Promotion Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Promotion Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Daily Game Play/Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Daily Game/Entry in this Promotion (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Promotion Parties.
 

10. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/cellular access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's Device/browser used for Website Daily Game Play/Website Sweepstakes Entry. Daily Game Plays/Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Daily Game Plays/Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor and the other Released Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Daily Game Plays/Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancellation and select the Sweepstakes Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period prior to cancellation. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants, winners, and Guests release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Daily Game Play/Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.

11. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the entry process, the operation of the Promotion or site or the prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified.  Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
 

12. Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia  or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

13. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted click here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
