OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The FIFA World Cup 26™ Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola - McDonald’s Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca‑Cola bottlers, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), McDonald's USA, LLC, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on February 22, 2026. The Sweepstakes consists of a redemption period, which begins at 7:00 am ET on February 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on February 20, 2026 (“Redemption Period”) and an entry period, which begins at 7:00 am ET on February 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on February 22, 2026 (“Entry Period”). The Entry Period will consist of twenty-six (26) location prize pools (each a “Location Prize Pool”) as described below in Section 3.

3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• Via the App and Website: During the Redemption Period, if you have or wish to download the McDonald’s app (“App”) with your web-enabled mobile device and you have received MyMcDonald’s rewards points (“Points”) for eligible purchases made at McDonald’s, click where indicated within the App, to redeem five hundred (500) Points for a code (“Code”) that can be used to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes via the Website (defined below). Next, during the Entry Period, visit here (the “Website”) and follow the instructions to log into your Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) and input the Code where indicated and select a Location Prize Pool date, and available time slot for the preferred Event (defined below) to receive one (1) entry per Code used on the Website into the applicable Location Prize Pool (“Website Entry”). Each Location Prize Pool will have one (1) available time slot. Available time slots will be listed on the Website. Limit up to ten (10) Website Entries per person for the entire Entry Period.
  
  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Website Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Website Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Website Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

• Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without making a purchase, redeeming Points, or entering a Code on the Website, you may enter by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number (including area code), date of birth and a valid email address on a plain 3”x5” index card. On the bottom right corner of the envelope, include the Location Prize Pool, date of the Event (defined below) for the drawing you wish to enter. Mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: The FIFA World Cup™ Original Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola® - McDonald’s Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7771, Melville, NY 11775-7771 to receive one (1) entry into the Location Prize Pool you selected (“AMOE Entry”). AMOE Entry Entries must be postmarked by February 22, 2026 and received by March 2, 2026, to be entered into the applicable Location Prize Pool random drawing.  AMOE Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Entry process are void. AMOE Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
  
  Website Entries and AMOE Entries will collectively be referred to as “Entry" or “Entries”.
  
  
• Limit up to ten (10) Entries per Entrant regardless of the method of entry for the entire Entry Period.

4. Random Drawings and Odds of Winning: Twenty-six (26) separate Location Prize Pool drawings will take place on or about March 3, 2026 to select the number of winners for each Location Prize Pool from among all eligible Entries received for the applicable Location Prize Pool. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Location Prize Pool.

5. Prizes:
  

Location Prize Pool Prizes (as broken out in the chart below): Two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 26™ Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola (“Event”). There is no retail value associated with the tickets to the Event.
 

Location Prize Pool Prizes will be collectively be referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. Event tickets do not include accommodations or travel to or from the Event/Prize winner’s home. Event ticket(s) must be used on date and time specified by the Sponsor and for the date/location and timeslot (if applicable) selected or Event ticket(s) will be forfeited with no compensation to the winner. Any and all travel costs are the Prize winner’s sole responsibility. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets will not be replaced. By accepting a Prize, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Event and the Event venue. Sponsor is not responsible if a Prize winner does not use Event tickets on day/time of Event. Sponsor is not responsible if the applicable Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the applicable Prize winners will not be reimbursed. Released Sweepstakes Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Sweepstakes Parties’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event. Event tickets are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winners and their guest(s) must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols in place at time of the Event. All Prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Event cancellation, the applicable Prizes will go unawarded and no additional compensation will be provided.
 

No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Prize per person.

6. Winner Notification: Prizes will be fulfilled to the winners to the email addresses associated with your Account within 1-2 weeks after the random drawing has been completed. Return of any Prize or if winner can no longer attend the Event for any reason, will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize, time permitting. The Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Any Prize winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

7. Event Terms (separately, but as part of the Official Rules, winners and guests must agree and abide by all details below).

• The Events are being organized by Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates or bottlers, their successors and assigns, and those acting with their permission (collectively, “Organizer”).
• The Events shall take place on the dates and locations as specified in the chart in Section 4. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend, shorten, extend, terminate and/or suspend the Events or otherwise modify or cancel the Events at its discretion and at any time.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by the Organizer of the Events shall not entitle any winner to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension.
• Access to the Events by a winner shall at all times remain at the discretion of the Organizer and/or its security personnel. Upon entry to the Events the winners and guests become voluntary participants (“Participants”) at the Event.
• All Participants must be on site at the Event at the time and date printed on the Prize, subject to the Organizers’ rights set out above.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for or be obliged to replace any lost or stolen Prize.
• By attending the Events, Participants (or the winner on behalf of their guest who is the winner’s child/charge) signify their consent to these Event Terms and the Official Rules and agree to fully comply therewith.
• A winner’s/guest’s personal data may be disclosed by the Organizer to its affiliates, subsidiaries and to other third parties that provide the Organizer with security services, if and when it is required to do so for the purposes of the Events. A winner/guest’s data may also be disclosed to third parties if the Organizer has a legal obligation to do so or such disclosure would be in its legitimate interest. Winners and guests shall have the right to access their personal data held by the Organizer and, where applicable, object to the processing of their personal data and may request rectification or erasure of such data.
  
  By voluntarily participating in the Events, winners and guests (or the winner on behalf of their guest who is the winner’s child/charge) understand and consent that the Organizer shall process their personal data for the purposes of the Events and in accordance with all applicable legislation.  Winners and guests (or the winner on behalf of their guest who is the winner’s child/charge) may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time; however, Participant will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the winners and fulfillment of the Prizes. This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in doing so Sponsor’s ability to administer the Promotion is removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Organizer to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior to the determination of the winners and fulfillment of the Prizes. Winners and their guests can find out more about how their personal data is processed here should they have any questions or should they wish to withdraw their consent.
  
  
• Winners and their guests shall not, under any circumstance, be entitled to touch the FIFA World Cup Original Trophy.
• Any Participant exercising misconduct, in Organizer’s sole discretion, during the Events will be removed from the premises immediately.
• A winner and their guest shall only be entitled to one (1) photograph with the FIFA World Cup Original Trophy, which shall be taken by the FIFA representatives (or by agents on its behalf) and which shall be presented to the Participant at the Events free of charge. 
• No equipment or other property of the Organizers at the Events may be touched or tampered with.
• The Events will be filmed and/or photographed by the Organizers or third parties acting on its behalf. By attending the Events, the Participants agree that the Organizer may record, film, photograph or capture the likeness of the Participants and use, broadcast, publish, display and copyright the photographs, photographic portraits, drawings, videos, films, visual representations, audio recordings, and other uses of their likeness, voice and name, in whole or in part, and any statements, recordings, interviews and endorsements made by Participants, verbatim or otherwise, and any edits or cut-downs thereof arising out of or in connection with the Events (the “Materials”), for all legal purposes,  in all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and without limitation as to time. No fees or revenues are payable by the Organizers to the Participants or any third party in connection with the foregoing grant of rights.
• The Organizer reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any Participant who, in Organizer’s sole discretion, engages in any improper activity or uses the Events in a manner inconsistent with these Event Terms or any national law statutes or ordinances. In addition to termination of participation privileges, the Organizer shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
• The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Events will be final and binding.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for incorrect or in accurate transcription of information related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Events or utilized by the Participants, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.
• The Organizer, suppliers and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Events production or distribution of Event materials shall not be held responsible or liable in the event of a printing error or irregular packaging.
• Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall the Organizer, its officers, representatives and/or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the Events, even if any or all of the foregoing or any of their authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Events, each and every Participant is agreeing that they will not hold the Organizer and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that the Organizer may engage for the purposes of this Promotion), liable for any loss or damages that they may incur, in connection with the Promotion.
• The Organizer reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these Event Terms. These Event Terms may be varied or changed by the Organizer by way of posting on https://cokeurl.com/ttmcds or in any other manner deemed suitable by the Organizer. Winners and guests (or the winner on behalf of their guest who is the winner’s child/charge) agree that their continued participation in the Events will constitute their acceptance of these Event Terms (as varied or changed).
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Event Terms, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and the Organizer in connection with the Events, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Laws of the State of Georgia.
• If any provision of these Event Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Event Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

9. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received per Location Prize Pool prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize winners, guests of the Prize winners, release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.

10. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
 

11. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

12. Privacy Policy: IInformation collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.
