OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola® Most Valuable Fan 2026 U.S. Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry and as of January 4, 2026, possess a web enabled mobile device (“Device”) (“Entrant”). If Entrant is a minor, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to enter. Certain prizes will require Entrant to reside within a 100-mile radius of the stadium associated with that prize. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca‑Cola bottlers, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), Major League Soccer L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), each of the MLS Clubs, Player Development, LLC (“PDEV”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”) and together with MLS, SUM, and PDEV, the “MLS Entities”), the United States Soccer Federation (“U.S. Soccer”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will consist of eight (8) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as described below in Section 3. All Entry Periods begin at 12:00 am ET on the first day of the Entry Period and end at 11:59 pm ET on the last day of the Entry Period, except for Entry Period 1 which begins at 10:00 am ET on January 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on January 11, 2026.  

3. How to Enter: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to you entering this Promotion prior to Entry. During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR Code to visit here (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly and scan the QR Code on the Website. Next, log in or create a Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing (“Website Entry”). Next, click as indicated on the fan dashboard to create your fan card (the “Card”). Once you create your Card, you will receive one (1) Website Entry into the applicable Entry Period’s drawing. Limit one (1) Website Entry per person per Entry Period, and one (1) Website Entry into the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing.

Once you have entered for any two (2) Entry Periods (which may be non-consecutive), your Card will level up to silver status (“Silver Status”). Silver Status Card holders (as long as they entered for 2 Entry Periods) will receive five (5) Website Entries into that applicable Entry Period’s drawing(s) and the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing (up until and if, they level up to Gold Status, defined below).

After entering for any four (4) Entry Periods (which may be non-consecutive), your card will level up to gold status (“Gold Status”). Gold Status Card holders (as long as they entered for 4 Entry Periods) will receive ten (10) Website Entries into that applicable Entry Period’s drawing(s) and the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing.

HOW TO EARN BONUS ENTRIES

Via a Purchase: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Make an eligible purchase at any participating retailer and visit the Website and follow the instructions to access your fan dashboard. Next, log in to your Account and take a singular picture of your original receipt (“Receipt”) for proof of purchase of one (1) Coca‑Cola Original Taste, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, or Diet Coke product that was purchased during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Product”) from any participating retailer where the Qualifying Product(s) are distributed, to receive ten (10) bonus entries (“Bonus Entries”) into the applicable current drawing, for the applicable Prizes for the applicable Entry Period(s)’ drawing(s), and the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing. A list of Qualifying Products can be found in Appendix A. The Receipt must include the date of purchase, retailer name/logo, store address, and the eligible Coca‑Cola product purchased. Acceptable file types are: heic, jpeg, jpg, png, and files smaller than 25MB. You may scan original Receipts one (1) time per day. A day is defined as starting at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day except for the first day of the Promotion where a day is defined as beginning at 10:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on January 5, 2026. Unreadable Receipts may go through additional reviews to be verified. 

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Website Entries/Bonus Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries/Bonus Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry/Bonus Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

Via Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To receive AMOE Bonus Entries into the applicable current drawing, for the applicable Prizes for the applicable Entry Period’s drawing, and the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing without making a purchase, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and phone number (including area code), and a valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: “The Coca‑Cola® Most Valuable Fan 2026 U.S. Promotion”, P.O. Box 7750, Melville, NY,  11775-7750 (“AMOE Bonus Entry”). AMOE Bonus Entries must be postmarked from January 5, 2026 through March 2, 2026 and received by March 9, 2026 in order to receive AMOE Bonus Entries for the applicable Entry Period(s), and the Grand Prize Drawing and Runner Up drawing. Each mailed AMOE Bonus Entry will count as ten (10) Bonus Entries for the applicable Entry Period(s), and the Grand Prize and Runner Up drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. AMOE Bonus Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. AMOE Bonus Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete, postage-due, or mis-transcribed entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

You may only enter for Bonus Entries or AMOE Bonus Entries once per day and not both.

Website Entries, Bonus Entries, and AMOE Bonus Entries will collectively be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.  
 

4. Random Drawings and Odds of Winning: One (1) Ultimate FIFA World Cup 26^TM Road Trip Grand Prize winner and two (2) Runner Up winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 10, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received for that drawing. One-hundred and thirty-two (132) separate Entry Period drawings will take place on or about the random drawing dates listed in the chart below to select the number of winners for each Entry Period from among all eligible Entries received for each Prize for each respective Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each Prize for each Entry Period and overall. Non-winning Entries for any Entry Period will not be carried forward to subsequent Entry Period(s).

5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Actual style, colors, and sizes of all merchandise Prizes are to be determined by the Sponsor. Actual autograph of signed items to be determined by the Sponsor and does not come with a letter of authenticity. Terms and conditions apply for all gift cards and prepaid cards.

Entry Period 1 FIFA World Cup 2026^TM Match Trip #1 Prize (1): A 3-day, 2-night trip for the Match Trip #1 winner and one (1) travel companion to a Sponsor-specified FIFA World Cup 26^TM group stage in a Sponsor-specified location (“Event”). Event location will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Match Trip #1 includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Match Trip #1 winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to the Sponsor-specified location, hotel accommodations for the Match Trip #1 winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], two (2) tickets to the Event, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, and a $1,000 check for winner only that can be used towards spending money.

FIFA World Cup 2026^TM Match Trip #2 Prizes (63 total, 8 for Entry Periods 1-7 and 1 for Entry Period 8): A 3-day, 2-night trip for the Match Trip #2 winner and one (1) travel companion to a Sponsor-specified FIFA World Cup 2026^TM group stage in a Sponsor-specified location (“Event”). Event location will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Match Trip #2 includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Match Trip #2 winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to the Sponsor-specified location, hotel accommodations for the Match Trip #2 winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], two (2) tickets to the Event, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, and a $1,000 check for winner only that can be used towards spending money.

Ultimate FIFA World Cup 2026^TM Road Trip Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) (1): An 8-day, 7-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) travel companions to Sponsor-specified FIFA World Cup 2026^TM group stage (each a “Match”) in the following locations: Toronto, Canada; Monterrey, Mexico; and Dallas, Texas (“Event Locations”). The Grand Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and travel companions from major airport nearest winner’s home to the first Event Location and then each Event Location thereafter, hotel accommodations for two nights at each Event Location for the Grand Prize winner and travel companions [based on one (1) room, quad occupancy], four (4) tickets to each Match for the Grand Prize winner and travel companions, ground transportation between the airport, hotel, and Matches, a tour of each Event Location for the Grand Prize winner and travel companions, a $4,800 check for Grand Prize winner only that can be used towards spending money, and a check in the amount of $8,000 for the Grand Prize winner that can be used towards income taxes associated with the Grand Prize. ARV: $36,956.

Runner Up Prizes (2): A 4-day, 3-night trip for the Runner Up winner and one (1) travel companion to a Sponsor-specified MLS All Star Game in Charlotte, NC (“All Star Event”). The All Star Event includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Runner Up winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Charlotte, NC, hotel accommodations for the Runner Up winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], two (2) Category A game tickets to the All Star Event, hospitality tickets to the All Star Event for the Runner Up winner and travel companion, a pre-game field experience for the Runner Up winner and companion, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, and a $750 check for winner only that can be used towards spending money. ARV: $5,450 each.

For the FIFA World Cup 2026^TM Match Trip #1, FIFA World Cup 2026^TM Match Trip #2 Prizes, Grand Prize, and Runner Up Prizes: Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest winner's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Match Trip #1, Match Trip #2, Grand Prize, and Runner Up Prizes may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Match Trip #1, Match Trip #2, Grand Prize, and Runner Up Prize winners and their respective travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. If the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winners is/are under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of trip departure, the travel companion of the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winners must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of trip departure in order to check-in to the hotel. Each travel companion (or winner on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winner, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. If winner is a minor, their travel companion must be their parent/legal guardian. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver identification, passport (or passport card)]. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor on dates coordinating with the Event (or prize may be forfeited, with no compensation); dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winners lives within a 150-mile radius of the destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip Prize # 1/Match Trip #2. If the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winners elects to travel or participate in the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 travel with no travel companion or less than three (3) travel companions, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to/from airport and winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Winners (or travel companion if winner is under 21) will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winner or their travel companion(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any portion of the trip or the Event/Match/tours, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize/Runner Up Prize/Match Trip #1/Match Trip #2 winners and their travel companion(s) home with no further compensation to that winner.

For all Prizes that include Tickets: Transportation and accommodations are not included with ticket only Prizes. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets will not be replaced. By accepting a Prize that includes tickets, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable venue. Sponsor is not responsible if the applicable winner does not use tickets on day specified by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the applicable winner will not be reimbursed. Each winner’s travel companion must be 18 or older unless it is their child/charge. Released Promotion Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Promotion Parties’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event/Match/All Star Event or other Prizes that include tickets. Event/Match/All Star Event and remaining ticket Prizes are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Seat assignments (as applicable) are Sponsor-specified. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winners and their travel companions must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols in place at time of travel and the Event/Match/All Star Event. All details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Grand Prize, Runner Up Prizes, and Entry Period Prizes will be collectively be referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of the Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit one (1) FIFA World Cup 2026^TM Match Trip Prize or Runner Up Prize or Grand Prize and one (1) Entry Period Prize per person.

6. Winner Notification: The potential Prize winners will be contacted via email and those who have won Prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign (or, if a potential Prize winner is a minor, their parent/legal guardian will be required to sign) and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as the Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected for the applicable Prize, time permitting. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Those who won Prizes valued under $600 must respond to the email with the required verification and Prize fulfillment information within the timeframe specified or Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Prizes will then be fulfilled to the winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the Prize winner is a minor) to the mailing addresses/email addresses provided within 6-8 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate (or their parent or legal guardian if alternate is a minor) must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize, time permitting. The Prize winners (or their parent or legal guardian if a Prize winner is a minor) are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The winners of Prizes valued at $2,000 or more will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Prize for the year the Prize is awarded. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

7.  Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any minor) consent to Sponsor, MLS Entities, and  their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
 

8. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received during each Entry Period and the Promotion Period prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners, (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner is a minor) and travel companions of Prize winners, release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.
 

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
 

10. Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
 

11. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
