A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Summer Refreshing Uplift Emoji Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of Game Play/Entry, and as of 5/18/25, possess a web-enabled mobile device (“Entrant”).  Each Entrant must also have a Coca‑Cola account (each an “Account”) at the time of Entry (defined below). If Entrant is a minor in their state/jurisdiction of residence, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to play/enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP, plc, Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. 2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on August 25, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of fourteen (14) game play periods (each a “Game Play Period”) outlined below. Each Game Play Period starts at 12:00 am ET on the applicable Start Date and ends at 11:59 pm ET on the applicable End Date (as indicated below), except on the first day of Game Play Period 1, where the Game Play Period starts at 10:00 am ET on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on May 25, 2025.

3. How to Participate: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. At Sponsor-specified locations where Coca‑Cola products are served, make a purchase of a specially-marked Coca‑Cola fountain beverage and locate the quick response code (“QR Code”) on the beverage cup. Next, scan the QR Code on your mobile device (“Device”) to visit here (the “Website”). Entrants may visit the Website directly on their Device without making a purchase. Follow the instructions to be presented with a list of emojis and a hint at what the answer is. Next, drag and drop the emojis in the box indicated within the Game to attempt to guess the answer by creating one (1) of the Game Prizes with the emojis (“Game Animation”). Once logged in to your Account, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”) for the applicable Game Play Period. Click where indicated to complete the Game Play. Once the Game Play is complete, you will either receive a win message for the Game Prize Game Animation that was created or if you are not determined a winner, a non-win message. All instant winners and non-winners will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). All on-screen wins/notifications are subject to verification. The Game Amination may be skipped at any time and you will still receive a Game Play and Entry as long as you log into your Account and follow the instructions above.  All Game Plays/Entries become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of Game Plays/Entries may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Game Play/Entry Entrant per Game Play Period.  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays/Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Game Plays/Entries associated with an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. Any use of AI, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar registration/Game Play/Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion game play or sweepstakes entry services) will void all Game Plays/Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play/Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the Account email address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
 

4. Verification/Winner Notification/Game Prize and Prize Fulfillment: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received during the applicable Game Play Period and the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.

The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted via email by the Administrator and will be required to sign (or, if a potential winner is a minor, their parent/legal guardian will be required to sign) and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as the Grand Prize winner. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days or Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible and an alternate will be selected, up to three (3) alternates, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. The winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Grand Prize winner be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize for the year the prize is awarded.

The potential Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game after receiving a Game Prize win message and must input the required verification and prize fulfillment information within the form at the time of notification. If a Game Prize winner fails to provide the requested information at the time of notification, Administrator may choose to send an email and request that the applicable Game Prize winners respond within three (3) days with the required verification and prize fulfillment information within the timeframe specified or the applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified and prize will be forfeited.  Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses provided within 6-8 weeks after verification. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize winner will be sent an email within 6-8 weeks of notification and will be asked to submit their travel information and select their preferred cruise. Once received by a representative, further instructions will be provided to the Grand Prize winner with how to contact the cruise line to complete their booking.

Once it is confirmed that a prize has been delivered to a winner’s provided address, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for the security of that prize and will be unable to replace the prize in the event it is stolen/damaged. Any unclaimed/returned prizes will be not be awarded. Any winners who have any inquiries regarding their prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding prizes will be forfeited after that time).

Grand Prize (1): A 7-day/6-night cruise for the winner and one (1) travel companion to destination(s) specified by the Sponsor. Grand Prize includes, round-trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to the closest cruise port, balcony state room accommodations (one room based on double occupancy), a $250 Uber digital gift card⁺ that can be used to cover ground transportation to/from the airport/cruise port, and a check in the amount of $1,000 for the winner.

Norwegian Cruise Line Terms and Conditions: Must sail by June 1, 2026. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s sailings Pride of America, Norwegian Aqua, Norwegian Viva and Norwegian Prima sailings are not eligible. Cruise must be taken by the expiration date listed and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Grand Prize Cruise is exclusive of additional ground and air transfers, government taxes and fees, port fees, fuel supplement, service charges, shore excursions, pre or post hotel stays and other personal expenditures. No promotions are combinable under this program. Selection of sail dates is subject to availability and above holidays.  Stateroom upgrades cannot be provided. Norwegian is not responsible for any local hotel stays due to airline layovers or missed flights.

Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest Grand Prize winner's home to the destination city and will take place on or around the date of departure and the date of arrival of the cruise. Airline carrier's/cruise line’s regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. If Grand Prize winner is under 21 years of age, their travel companion must be at least 21 years of age or older and if winner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must be one their travel companion. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel companion (or Grand Prize winner on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of the Grand Prize winner will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). All travel must be completed by the sail date specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip/cruise subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of cruise port, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of the Grand Prize. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, cruise fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from Grand Prize winner’s home residence are the Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined by the cruise in their sole discretion upon check-in/boarding and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, room upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that the Grand Prize winner or their travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to send Grand Prize winner and their travel companion home from the next destination port with no further compensation to Grand Prize winner. Tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions specified thereon.

Unclaimed Game prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play and number of eligible Game Plays received during the applicable Game Play Period. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited. Limit one (1) Game Prize per Entrant per Game Play Period.

6. Sweepstakes Prize Random Drawings: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 26, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any minor) consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
 

8. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's Device/browser used for Game Play/Entry. Game Plays/Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays/Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and award the Game prizes claimed per Game Play Period prior to such action and select the Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays/Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) and prize winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Game Play/Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Game Play/Entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Game Plays/Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Game Play/Entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

10. Disputes: Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

11. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at click here. The Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
